  • Summary:

    La Casita is a gorgeous Mediterranean-inspired haven in a quiet road in Upper Camps Bay with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lion’s Head. This beautiful home is spread over two levels and has a magnificent sun deck with a swimming pool, sun loungers, built-in BBQ and an Italian-inspired cabana.



    This beautiful villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is just a short drive or 15-minute walk from the palm-lined beach and laid-back cafés in Camps Bay.



    The Space:

    The entrance level of the house features spacious living and dining spaces with gleaming wooden floors and exquisite décor in natural hues with touches of Mediterranean blues. A guest bathroom is located off the dining area is available for guests in the loft bedroom to use. Large sliding doors open onto the pool deck and stunning ocean views can be seen from every angle in the room.



    A large, fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities needed for entertaining, including an electric stove and hob, microwave, a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A lovely breakfast bar seats four in the centre of the kitchen and a scullery sits just off the kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a sink. There is also a full bar underneath the stairs with a wine cooler/fridge and mini freezer.



    The villa has four bedrooms, three of which can be found on the ground level with a loft-style bedroom on the upper level. The master bedroom is elegantly decorated in tones of cream and white and has built-in cupboards with ample storage space and an en-suite bathroom with a lovely corner bath and a glass-enclosed shower. This bedroom has direct access to the main sun deck and swimming pool and offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.



    The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which has a bath and a glass-enclosed shower. Both bedrooms are also decorated in subtle creamy tones and have plush designer bedding. The second bedroom opens on the terrace and pool deck with lovely sea views.



    The fourth bedroom is a loft on the upper level of the villa which is accessed via a staircase from the dining area. This bedroom makes use of the guest bathroom on the lower level next to the dining room and looks out over the terrace, swimming pool, and ocean beyond.



    This sunny, South-of-France-style property is fully secure with an alarm and armed response. It has a double garage with secure parking for two cars. La Casita has some of the best panoramic views in Camps Bay and is a short drive from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront in Camps Bay.



    This is a dedicated year-round self-catering vacation rental property that is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the property manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping services on request, and hotel grade amenities. The property manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!



    Important: The manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by TRUVI. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly (via email or text message) to verify yourself and finalise the process. The process will require you to choose between an upfront refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable payment towards your damage waiver to complete your verification process. These will be an additional charge over and above the accommodation booked. The Property Manager reserves the right to charge an extra Damage Deposit amount on any booking and/or to cancel a booking should the guest refuse to complete the verification process.

Fabulous La Casita

Fabulous property in Camps Bay, right under Table Mountain. Great location for all activities around Cape Town. The Turnkey team were fantastic and really helpful before arriving and during our stay. Would definitely stay again.
