    Popular among locals and holidaymakers for its safe, family-friendly beach and relaxed seaside atmosphere, Fish Hoek ensures the perfect holiday destination. This apartment is ideally located right on Fish Hoek's vibrant beachfront. Start your day with captivating sunrises over the ocean, viewed from the spacious private balcony that overlooks Fish Hoek Beach.



    This homely apartment is perfect for families or individuals looking for a nostalgic getaway by the sea. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished, ensuring a good night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the secondary bedroom holds 2 single beds. The bathroom is practical and features a shower for your convenience.



    The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, ready for you to create meals that taste like home. Kitchen includes a stove/oven combo, microwave, fridge/freezer combo, kettle, toaster, air-fryer and coffee machine.



    The private balcony, a true highlight, offers a welcoming space to enjoy the morning views and relaxed BBQ evenings with a classic Weber grill.



    The entrance room of the apartment also serves as a dedicated office space with a large desk, ready for you to get productive at. There is also a comfortable couch and an array of books in which to get lost should you want some quiet time.



    While there's no laundry facility within the apartment, a nearby laundromat offers easy access for your washing needs. Also, rest assured with the secure off-street garage parking for your medium-sized car.



    Whilst South Africa is experiencing some electricity shortages, we have ensured there is a UPS for the internet, Load-shedding friendly light bulbs in the lamps and a portable inverter for other essentials.



    You are moments away from the lively local scene, with various shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore. Whether you're looking to relive cherished memories or create new ones, this Fish Hoek apartment is all about comfortable living in a delightful beachside setting.

    The Neighborhood:

    Fish Hoek is a charming coastal town located on the Cape Peninsula in South Africa. Known for its picturesque beaches, scenic mountains, and tranquil atmosphere, Fish Hoek offers visitors a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. The town is also home to a variety of local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists alike.



    Visitor can enjoy safe swimming and snorkelling in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean: kayaking, wind-surfing, body-boarding, sailing and lots more! Long walks can also be enjoyed along the long white Sandy beach of Fish Hoek. During the whale season running from August - November, one will be able to glimpse the Southern Right Whales frolicking in the bay from your balcony!



    Travel Times to popular destinations:

    - 45 minutes from Cape Town

    - 5 minutes to trendy Kalk Bay

    - 10 minutes to Penguin Colony & Simons Town

    - 30 minutes to Cape Point

    - 20 minutes to Chapmans Peak drive (gorgeous sunsets)

    -----Glencairn beach: surfing & kite-surfing with a great tidal pool to the side

    -----Longbeach: very flat so perfect for SUPping, kayaking, learning to scuba dive and to just relax

    -----WatersEdge: a secret beach! Great for swimming as it's surround by a reef and it's very sheltered from winds.

    -----Windmill beach: great from snorkeling and diving



    Getting Around:

    This apartment is very centrally located. You are within walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and much more. Uber does operate in the area for longer distance trips. Should you want to do sight seeing to places like Cape Point, you would need to hire a car. There is a company unique to the South peninsula called Hakuna Matuktuk (see social media for more information) who do trips from Muizenberg to Cape Point. They also offer tours. A great addition to our town and a must for your itinerary. There are strict no drinking and driving laws and it would be advisable to arrange transport if you are planning on going out. We have a list of local companies that can assist in our Welcome Booklet.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note that the property is located opposite a train crossing to the beach: they have started using this crossing again and offer a warning toot when they pass. One does get used to it.

    The apartment is central and right on the beach front so please expect some passing traffic noise: its a small price to pay for the location.
