"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"Great location and property. It's a 2 minute walk to the sand. Matt was a great host and everything was clean and well kept. Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. "

"We had a fantastic stay! There were 4 adults and we had plenty of space to spread out and really relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was super comfortable.
