"Very clean unit and it’s the corner so it was nice to sit outside and feel squished. The bathroom is very small but for a couple of days and 2 people it’s fine. Great location. I would definitely rent it again."

"If you have traveled to Jersey shore before, you know that parking is key. I would say this was the best thing of this stay. If you are considering a hotel stay vs this, the price and what was provided is not worth this. Do your research first. The extra fees and such will make this a more expensive stay than a hotel. The room is the same as a hotel room so really no difference other than what you get with hotel and what you have to pay extra for here. The room was clean and the area was quiet....

There were ashtrays outside all the units. Parking is listed as an amenity. On arrival the HOA president told us we needed a parking permit and it was 25 a day.
