"We were in town for a Coast Guard bootcamp graduation. We arrived earlier in the day and the owner was able to accommodate our request to check in early. This house is exactly as it appears in the photos. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, and cookware if you plan to eat in. "Property was well kept/ cute design on cottage ( nice touch on modern touch like bathroom mirror/ stove) However when we arrived the code provided was not working we had to wait for a maintenance team to help us, also the cottage we had was right on highway and sitting on patio was just noisy.
Some items weren’t working like the fan/door of the bathroom and last minute the hanger covering the wall just fell off in the middle of the night. We enjoyed ourselves and the BBQ area. Communication...

"Booking and check-in were simple, and the owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the location was convenient; about 10 minutes to the beach and shopping.There are just a few areas that could make the property even more enjoyable. The backyard has a lot of natural brush, which brought some bugs and made it harder to spend time outside. We also noticed bees in a tree near the driveway (parked on the street), and spiders and crickets inside....

"Ben was the absolute best host EVER!!! He was so accommodating, quick to reply, and super generous. Our families had a blast at this house- We had 4 kids under 4, and it was the perfect amount of rooms and space. Very clean, amazing beachy decor and such a comforting vibe.
