This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 (kids ages 1-8). The house is bigger than in the pictures and the private backyard was a huge plus. It is indeed a very short walk to the beach and we didn’t have trouble parking at the end of the road every day to load and unload our beach stuff. The house had everything we needed for the beach including sand toys, towels, and floaties. It also had a pack and play and high chair that we used.A lot of restaurants close by. We rented a golf cart for our stay and were able to get everywhere we needed that way as well. Will definitely be back in the future.

We had an enjoyable time with our family. Lots of room to spread out or be together. We enjoyed the sunshine every chance we could. Hosts were great communicators and eager to help when needed.

Had a great stay! The first thing that hit us when we walked in was "Wow! This place is CLEAN!". Yes...I know that's the expectation, but we were impressed. The house is nestled in a neighborhood that is walking distance to the beach. By shear luck, we managed to be in town for three launches from the Kennedy Space Center. Cocoa Beach area is a touristy but not too touristy. Host was very responsive to any questions or issues and made sure our stay was memorable! If we're back in the Cocoa Beach area, we'd definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sea Turtle Cottage. The hosts were very accommodating and prompt on response time. The home is very comfy and relaxing. We felt right at home. The pool is beautiful and clean along with the rest of the property. The backyard is beautiful and well kept. I highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious, well-equipped home. Loved all the extra thoughtful touches like a welcome basket of goodies in the kitchen and bathroom. Everything you need for pool and beach. Just a 5 minute walk to beach. Owner was quick to respond to questions. We love the Cape. Watching the Port activity. Great restaurants, breweries, distillery nearby We will be back for sure.

Our family stayed at this property for a week during Christmas vacation 2022. The property was beautiful; even better than the pictures! Check-in was a breeze. The property management was awesome. The beach was a super short walk from the property. We took so many pics and videos of the peacocks that casually stroll around the neighborhood. The neighborhood was peaceful and had a really chill/cool vibe. The Kennedy Space center was an easy drive from the property. This property is in a great location! We even spent a day at Universal. An hour's drive, but worth it! It is a hidden gem and a great place to recharge and relax! Will definitely book again!

The house is spacious, giving a family plenty of room to spread out or come together for a movie and dinner. It’s a quick 3 minute walk down the street to the beach. There’s a beach wagon in the garage that made the trip so much easier. The host provided beach chairs, toys, and towels. The gunite pool was a treat. It is small, but does the trick for a refreshing dip. The host has put a lot of thought into the home’s setup. From the front door keypad making check in a breeze to ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen is fully stocked and the oversized pantry/laundry room gave our family all the amenities we needed for our vacation.

We had a wonderful week at this property. It had everything that we needed and more. Close proximity to the beach was nice. The pool and hot tub were a hit with everybody. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice - it is beautiful! Upon arrival, we couldn’t find the remote for the main TV. We reached out to the owner and he immediately ordered a new one and delivered it to us on a holiday. Amazing! We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!

Everything went without a glitch. The cottage had everything we had hoped for and more. The host was easy to contact, helpful and interested in us having a good time. The cottage was very clean, roomy and very comfortable. The pool was exceptionally clean and relaxing. The cottage location was also a plus : an hour from Disney parks and many of the other Orlando area attractions and approximately 30 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. In short - we all had a great time and will not hesitate to rent the cottage again on a future Florida visit.

The house was perfect for our family - in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from the beach. Loved having the pool for quieter evenings at home, too. Short drive to Kennedy Space Center and lots of other activities in the area. We are a family of 6, with older teens and the house fit us perfectly. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Many thanks to Neal for a great stay!
