Absolutely turn key, just needed some groceries and we were all set for the week. Cindy (host) communicated all the instructions, etc., early on and followed up just prior to the stay. "We had everything we needed for a nice stay. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of beach stuff available. It would have been nice to have a bike pump since the bike had 2 flats, but not a big deal! Screened in porch was a great bonus space. Location was far enough from busy streets and close enough for a walk to the beach. Gate to the backyard was stuck shut."

My kids 11,7, and 4 enjoyed exploring outside, having toys to play with and the pirate themed room.
