Had a hiccup with the auto lock to enter the cottage but owner quickly responded to my email/text, reset the code remotely and we were all set in seconds! The cottage was clean, cute (beach vibe) and cozy! Air conditioning worked great (bathroom chilly), king size bed was comfortable and decorated nicely… large size closet with hangers, linens and lots of towels! Kitchen had dishes, utensils, pots, toaster, coffee pot, cleaning supplies, paper towels and trash bags and a very clean fridge, stove and microwave.PET FRIENDLY!!! I traveled with my 3 toy size yorkies and we were all comfortable; pets not allowed on the furniture or bed but that was ok. GREAT WIFI connection… tv channels pick up was no issue. The pool was inviting and relaxing… to include pool noodles for use. The neighborhood was well lit, felt safe and the people encountered were friendly.The 3 minute walk to the beautiful, clean beach was a bonus! Laundry room had 2 washers and dryers making the packing departure a breeze with clean clothes. Great location to access grocery stores and restaurants; close, convenient and easy drive to everything we needed and wanted. We would definitely consider staying here again… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Quiet getaway

I was coming to the area for about a week and decided I wanted to rent something near the beach. At the time it was just me, but my sister ended up joining me. This place was perfect! It was in a good area and close to the beach. We felt safe and the entire property was so clean. It is a small cottage, but plenty big for the two of us. The pool is small and is shared with other guests, but that really wasn't an issue for us. Check in was a breeze and the owners were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely rent this again.

Great Accommodation

Perfect place to stay. Very clean and very well maintained. Everything you need is available in this cottage . Pool is great. Good location in Cape Canaveral. Short walk to beach. Hope to be back next time in Florida.

Cape Canaveral Stay 2024

We were in town for a cheer comp and I wanted to stay somewhere outside of Orlando and close to the beach. This cute little cottage was charming, private, and had ALL the amenites we were looking for. Its about a block from the beach and the pool was an amazing plus. I was traveling with my teenagers so we were a little cramped with only one bedroom but we made it work. I would definately consider coming back. I would prefer to stay in one of the larger units.

Nice 1 bedroom, very peaceful and quiet location. Enjoyed the pool every day and it was a 5 minute walk to a very beautiful and clean beach! Erin was a great hostess thanks!

Looking for places, longer term stays.

The place is perfect for a couple. Everything I needed to stay for the week was available and worked. Easy access: to the Beach, day and night activities, the port, casino, fishing charters. Nice neighborhood to go for walks and bike ride. I'll be back next time with the misses. My only suggestion Erin & Bryon more manual effort on pool vacuuming, VS the auto pilot. All was good had a great time.

Perfect last minute getaway

When our plans fell through to get to Minnesota for the holidays because of the airline chaos, we made a last minute decision to go to Florida and found this perfect little cottage by the beach! It’s perfect for couples/small families and has everything you need to feel at home away from home :) Our cottage was right in front of the pool with a cute sun room facing it perfect for sipping morning coffee. We’ll definitely be looking to stay again :)

Great location to the beach

My husband and i loved this cottage! It was a few blocks from the beautiful and warm ocean. Loved that we could just walk out our door and into the pool. Lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Would love to come back again soon!

Lovely Spot!

We love little beach cottages like this and it was just what we needed. Pleasantly surprised :) Bath towels are amazing, beach towels could be updated. We would stay here again. The pool-side apt is the best! Loved it!

Nice Little Cottage ❤️

Nice little cottage,had everything.Traveled with sisters.One sister is handicapped and everything was easy access for her.Would certainly stay there again,Be sure to clean out drawers between visits because we did find a drawer with someone’s personal belongings in it.We didn’t use that drawer🤣

So clean

Super cute/nice 1 bedroom cottage. I loved that It was so clean! It was just a walk away from the beach. The cottage itself was very private. The only thing is it did get a bit warm inside. The pool was also very nice!!!! All in all a wonderful stay. Thank you so much.
