Amazing house. we spent 8 days here for spring break. The layout of the rooms was great and everyone had a room they loved. The views are amazing. The staff was delightful and cooked awesome meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool was nice to have a dip when spending anytime at the house. There was a great beach within walking distance. Kris was amazing to work with and helped. secure our rental car, transportation places we didn't want to drive and all our excursions. We highly recommend St Lucia. We did a catamaran tour with exodus which was outstanding with stops to do mud bath and waterfall, but the boat was the highlight. ATV tour with exotic atv adventures. We hiked the Gros Piton and highly recommend it for active families. We spent a day hiking Pigeon island and then relaxing at that beach. Rodney bay is a busier beach and recommend going on a non cruise day. Fun excursions there with jet skis and tubing . Can't go wrong with St Lucia and Villa Capri

It was the most memorable fabulous family vacations we've ever had. Villa Capri on Saint Lucia is a charming spot not far from a few beaches. The VBRO host Chris and her staff; Jasmine, Fedelia, Sarah, Sherry and Baptist make you feel wonderfully welcome. We had 9 glorious days of sunshine, beach time, pool time and just sitting around enjoying rum punch and Piton beer. I can't say enough about the great meals they prepared for us. Chris took requests but really her meal planning was perfect. Any problems that arose were dealt with in no time. The villa has everything you could ask for in a tropical setting. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a fabulous vacationing a place that accommodates a large group. You dodn't have to do anything, housekeeping was done, cooking was done! All we had to do was sit back and enjoy each other and the beautiful Saint Lucia landscape.

An Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommend for Groups!Kris is a spectacular host and the entire staff was wonderful — friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Check-in was seamless and the house was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay.One member of our group eats gluten-free (Celiac), and the cooks went completely above and beyond. Every meal was thoughtful and delicious — our friend never felt like a burden. If you have dietary restrictions, you'll be in great hands here.The location is fantastic and great value for a group trip. The beach is a short walk away (4 min). Just a heads-up: the driveway has a steep incline, so take it slow — especially after dark. Kris also shared great local tips that helped us explore the area like locals, which really elevated the trip.We'd come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Villa Capri was a wonderful experience for my family. We were a party of 15, ages ranging from 4-50, with plenty of space for all of us. Kris, the house manager, was very attentive and had lots of great recommendations and reputable vendors for excursions. The cooked meals and groceries brought to the house were a true convenience we didn’t know we needed. The house is in a great location and easy to access. We felt safe and comfortable. Special thanks to the house crew like Petra and others who kept the house clean and kept us fed with delicious local meals of different variety.

Our extended family of 14 had a wonderful visit. Kris and her team are amazing. The customer service was excellent, In addition to normal property management, Kris did our daily shopping and arranged almost all of our activities along with the transportation. I would give her 10 stars out of 5 if possible. The home is very clean and well maintained. The space is great for an extended family, lots of room to spread out when you want privacy and lots of room to gather when you want to be together. The home is nestled into the hill side and feels very private. If we visit St. Lucia again this will be our first choice.

A perfect beach week- our family celebrated our 35th beach week at Villa Capri. It was exceptional! Kris has a gift of knowing and making it happen. From yoga to massages to excursions. Wonderful Retreat with my Friends!

Villa Capri was absolutely a wonderful and peaceful stay. Kris and the staff took such care of our group. The meals prepared each day came from the heart and Kris helped us organize our excursions and transportation. Be ready for hilly walks to the beach, which my friends and I found to be a great workout, but if you have mobility issues you may want to request a transport.

Perfect!

What a wonderful place to stay! From the welcome at the airport by Donald (suggested by Kris and definitely worth it) to the organised departure from the villa, everything was just perfect! We had an intergenerational family group, but nothing was too much trouble for our attentive hosts - it felt like an extension of home (but with sun!) We felt very safe on the Cap Estate and the views were mesmerising - in fact it was quite a multi-sensory experience, especially at night, with all the sounds and fragrances.The food was spectacular and we so much enjoyed the Caribbean dishes. Every care was taken to accommodate one of our little ones who has a severe egg allergy and I have never seen my daughter so relaxed around mealtimes knowing that so much care had been taken! A shout-out to Maria who brightened our day!Words are not enough to express our thanks to Kris for organising everything and for making suggestions for trips out from her wealth of knowledge of the island. It was only a week but it was completely unforgettable and we can't thank you enough! I celebrated my retirement in stunning style!

It was a perfect house for our group of 12. The prepared meals were outstanding and the service was the best. The manager was on site twice everyday and took requests for the grocery store. The private pool was the best and one beach was very walkable. I would highly recommend Villa Capri.

Perfect blend of Group Fun and Private Retreat

Highly recommend Villa Capri. Our stay at this villa was wonderful! With ample space for 17 adults, we never felt crowded—whether we were gathered together or seeking a quiet moment, the design of the villa allowed for both lively socializing and peaceful solitude, making it the ideal getaway for a large group with varied preferences. One of the best decisions we made was opting for the pre-stocking package. Arriving to a fully stocked kitchen meant we could immediately settle in, relax and enjoy a meal. As well, we highly recommend the food/beverage package for the entire stay! The villa’s staff prepared incredible breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, accommodating our diverse dietary needs with ease. It was like having our own private all-inclusive resort, with delicious, freshly made meals every day.Kris was responsive, detailed and accommodating. AND the staff was incredibly attentive.Beyond the outstanding service, the villa itself is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying a sunset from the terrace, or strolling to the two nearby public beaches (be prepared for some hills!), the location was perfect.The only downside? Beautiful house

Kris was an amazing hostess, took care of all of our needs! Prestocking fridge, groceries daily, marie and flava were amazing cooks as well as their staff. The house had enough room for everyone to have space if needed. Only issues was the distance to the beach. It is downhill to go and completely uphill to return. 2 beaches within walking distance and definitely a workout if not in shape. Most of our group was fine with it. There were chairs to take to beach tooThe pics of pool and some rooms make it seem bigger than it is but both were totally fine just not what we were used to booking a house this size. All rooms had their own bath, TV and A/C. Common area with TV where we watched superbowl and the kitchen staff made us delicious chicken wings. Kris took care of setting up excursions and we did a sea boat tour to mud baths, pitons, waterfall etc it was great. other tours like fishing which was great and a hike to Waterfalls. We also did the street fair it was a rainy day still fun! Oh donald was the most attentive driver and his wife glenna! They were fantasic start to finish... whether a few people wanted to go shopping or beach he hands down made it seamless and no stress! But definitely worth the trip and .. ... don't sweat anything kris and staff will take care of it all. Definitely pay the 10% fee for kris to grocery shop and the groceries for meals. Makes for a solid stressless vacation. We're not picky eaters and it was 40 pp/pd to eat, drink and be merry.

Beautiful villa with an amazing staff

We were a group of 12 long time friends ranging in age from mid-60’s to mid-70’s. Kris, the property manager, and her staff were just exceptional. We couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided. They went above and beyond on all fronts. The villa itself was wonderful with numerous comfortable outdoor sitting areas. Rooms were cleaned daily. The only drawback was the incredible steepness of the driveway we negotiated in order to walk from there with steep streets to then conquer. The villa itself had a number of staircases between the pool, patios, rooms, and dining areas so not handicap friendly. Still, we had a wonderful time and will always remember Kris’ excellent service.

Our recent stay at Villa Capri was nothing short of spectacular. Private all-inclusive house

Looking for your own private all-inclusive in St Lucia? This is the place! The staff is incredible, Kris went above and beyond to seek our favorite liquor brands, food, tours. The cooks are amazing. The best part is the affordability compared to staying at one of the islands all-inclusives. Stay here with your friends for half the price with privacy and homemade food! Overall the property is older and therefore appears older but it is incredibly clean. 5* Cap Maison Resort is a 7 minute walk with the best restaurants. In a quiet residential area, no car required Kris will arrange a driver. We all did our own thing never felt house bound. Loved this place.. Outside space was awesome ( beautiful view) house was super clean,staff was wonderful, great food!!! Loved the proximity to the beaches ( minus the hills 😀)..host Kris was incredibly helpful with anything that our group needed!! Had a wonderful anniversary with incredible family and friends!!! Karla & Chris Great place to vacation! The food, service, and staff were very attentive and friendly. Kris checked in on us frequently to ensure we were well stocked with beverages, to purchase our preferred foods, and to help us book excursions. We loved the close proximity to two beaches, one with a restaurant and snorkeling and the other with a huge sandy beach. The house was clean, the views fantastic, the pool was soothing, and they even had a chest of snorkeling equipment! Absolutely loved our stay, John & Laura

Fantastic!

We visited Villa Capri with 2 other families (7 kids) and our stay was fantastic. The food was amazing as well as the staff! Kris is absolutely the best at what she does by setting up excursions and making sure all our needs were met. The location of the villa was also very convenient to walk to two gorgeous beaches. We loved our stay!

Funtime in St Lucia

Kris was beyond helpful with our needs...making sure we had snacks, drinks and rides for our fun excursions.We could walk to 2 different beaches and found that the house had everything we needed.We found the food to be interesting. I am sure we could have worked more closely on the menu but were happy just eating and enjoying our time together. Great memories were made.

40th Birthday party for the BOOKS!

This place is a truly magical place! Kris is absolutely the best at what she does! The staff is top notch, and are the most friendly humans on this planet! The only thing I would change….is NOTHING AT ALL! If you love good food, and like to eat local! Then let Kris and her staff have full control of the meals! Trust me! We had several foodies and a chef in our group, and every meal was phenomenal! Donald and his taxi business are the best as well! Do yourself a favor and book this place now! You will not regret a thing.

Wonderful Cap Estate Villa

Our family of 20 had a really great stay at Villa Capri. The property is large and well cared for, with great indoor and outdoor spaces. Every couple/family enjoyed their own bedroom and bathroom, even those with young children. The staff was excellent, and took care of meals, housekeeping, and grounds management with great care and attention to detail. Flavia, Baptiste, and Odessa were among those who made our stay outstanding. Meals were excellent, and always featured some local cuisine which our group loved. And finally, Kris is among the best house managers we've ever worked with. She helped us plan and book all our outings, scheduling tours and operators who were perfect for our group. We sailed to the Pitons, hiked the Pitons, rode ATVs and took a horseback beach ride, played golf, took a diving trip, and walked down to the beach every day where we swam and snorkeled. She stayed in constant touch with us, and arranged all our transfers. Donald and Glenda carried us all over the island, always arriving for pickups early and making sure we reached our target destination. Donald even helped us navigate an evening at the Gros Islet street party. A truly memorable week.

Fabulous House with Great Manager and Staff

This large house was so perfect for our group of 16 adults and 2 babies. Kris, the Manager, was amazing and efficient and so knowledgable. We enjoyed going to the beach and Kris arranged transportation, meals, food shopping, boat trips and a hiking trip. It was so relaxing to have meals made for us every day. I highly recommend this wonderful rental.
