"El servicio de restaurante muy regular , el restaurante buffet tiene un olor desagradable a huevo revuelto que se quita las ganas de comer, las escaleras internas un desorden y falta de aseo , los mesones de las barras del Bar huelen súper mal , falta mucha administración , que lástima por que otros Royalton no son así , además un lugar tan bonito y tan descuidado ."

"The room was basic but contained everything I needed. I had a garden view on the top floor which was lovely. The air con worked fine and so I kept windows closed which had the added benefit of keeping mosquitoes / bugs out. Having my pot of tea and biscuits in the room each night was a nice touch. Besides the room, the property was gorgeous. Very well laid out and plenty of activities. The only times spent in the room were to shower, get changed, and sleep. "This resort checks a lot of our boxes: quiet, adult only, beautiful grounds, lovely room, good bed, great beach, plenty of towels, comfortable beach chairs, reasonable food. The food is expensive, and there are tour boats that come into the beach all day every day. Most of them are fairly quiet but you do end up sharing the beach and sea with children. "The resort is breathtaking. But…. I must warn you that if you are the typical traveler that loves hotel rooms with Ac and Televisions like I am. This place is not for you.. if your looking for peace and tranquility than your in the right place. The openness of the rooms allows bugs and mosquitoes to come in. "Be careful when trying to use resort credit. No one explained the resort credit came with certain conditions. When we checked out we were presented with a $300 bill for a dinner we understood was not included in the all-inclusive package and then told we could not apply the resort credit to this charge. No one ever explained the limitations on the resort credit. Felt very much like a bait and switch and ruined an otherwise great vacation"
