"Tôi rất hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ tại A La Carte Hạ Long!

I have attempted to contact the owner months before the day we arrived to let her know we will be checking in late due to our flight. We arrived in Ha Long at midnight, attempted to contact the owner. No answers. No messages. No instructions for the guard...

"This is not worth the price. Beds are hard like wood. Blankets, towels have bad smell. Rooms also have terrible smell and we had to use a lot of room spray to eliminate the smell. "
