"When we finally worked out where the house was on this desolate property, we were greeted by a dilapidated boxing bag and home gym on the balcony. Inside we discovered a filthy kitchen, glassware and cooking utensils, stained cushions, carpets, chairs and couch, horrendously dirty inside windows, a desolate deck, dismal firepit area, and a creepy caravan in the bushes. "Lovely, clean and bright home, large enough for extended family. Big back yard. Some maintenance issues - back garden needed tidying, no working lights at front entrance (making it very dangerous for elderly and frail family member) and a front door that needs shaving on the bottom to stop it jamming on tiles (and allowing walker to be used)."
