Perfect for what we needed. Very close to Canton Mckinley HS, so if you have a weekend sporting event and looking for a place to stay that is a short drive or walking distance this is great. Grocery stores only a few miles away. House is cute, as long as you are not taller than 6'6" you shouldn't have to duck. I grew up in a house this size with just one bathroom. That might be the only limiting factor, but if you plan for it, should not be an issue. Checkout tasks are resonable. Place trash in outside can, place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it and place used towels and washcloths in the basket in the basement. Kitchen table is small and seats 4 at best so wouldn't want to use it for Thanksgiving dinner, but worked fine for us. Communications from owners were clear and timely. I had no issues with the door lock. Because it is Ohio used both A/C and furnace and both were very efficient. It might be too cozy for 6 adults, but should work well for two parents and 4 kids.
