"We rented this as the groomsmen’s house for our daughter’s wedding at Howard Creek Farm. It was the perfect choice. The location is great, close to the venue and importantly, right on the river. The guys caught a crazy number of fish on each trip into the river. The house was clean, comfortable, a nice home. The guys had a great time. Lora and Mary communicate very well and are very kind. We could not have asked for anything more."

"House is beautiful. Couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay!!! Even got a beautiful gift basket!!!"

"We planned a hiking trip - Pikes Peak. Location is JUST PERFECT. We hiked just around the property to start our hike from Barr Trailhead. We didn’t have to worry about finding a parking spot way early in morning. We didn’t get to use hot tub, so can’t comment on it. It’s an old home but very homely. Kitchen is fully stocked with all essential utensils, dishes, coffee makers. Bosch dishwasher :)! Huge refrigerator! We didn’t check if it is able to make ice or not - perhaps, waterline is not...
