"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"Good place to stay if your'e on a budget and want to be quite central in Lugano. You have a small balcony with the view of concrete walls. Sleeping in the sofa/bed works but of course not the best. If you are on the heavier side, you will feel the steel pipes on your back. Internet via Wifi did not work at all, sent a mail to the owner the same day I arrived, three days later still not working, however 5G worked really good, I had over 300 Mbit over 5G. "The apartment itself is fine and the view is great. Unfortunately it is located on a busy road with no sidewalk that opens directly on to the road. Do not stay here with small children. It is not safe. The building is also very old with no elevator. The washing machine was not functional and we had 2 power failures during a 2 night stay."

"We´ve spent an amazing time the four night we spent at this appment at Dumenza, Adriana is simply a great person and she helped and suggested us a lot of nice things to do on the area, specially the Festa della Zucca! It was just amazing. The appartment was super clean and the terrace has a beautiful landscape. We would definitely come back here next time we go to Dumenza. Grazie Adriana per tutto! "Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche). Der See ist in nächster Nähe und auch an Wandermöglichkeiten hapert es nicht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und stand uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt etwas versteckt zwischen anderen Häusern und ist etwas dunkel. Wer es kühl, ruhig und zurückgezogen mag ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank für die schöne und entspannte Zeit!"
