    Welcome to your home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
    Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

    1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

    2. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times.
    No parties, gatherings or events.

    3. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

    4. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

    5. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

    6. This unit has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

    7. NO PETS allowed.

    *Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #3 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #4 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).

    7. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

    8. Please check your belongings before you leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

Property was pristine!! All the comforts of home - excellent location, just a few steps from Main street’s shops and restaurants. Our hosts were very gracious andour experience was perfect in every way!

We were told the cleaners used the parking spot until 4:00 which was check in time. We saw the spot was empty just before four so we parked and went up to the apartment after great difficulty with the various codes and locks. So much so I spent a long time on the phone with the representative. On entering the unit it was a total mess and had not been cleaned. We were told that the cleaners were late because of car trouble and that I had been notified at 2:30. That was not true! I would not have gone if I had known that. We left shortly thereafter and was told later the room was ready at 4:30. How that place was cleaned up in twenty minutes is not possible, if it was done that quickly , we had no desire to stay there and checked into a hotel. I told the owner a refund of one night would compensate a little. I do not like to be lied to. The following photos were taken at 3:58pm on June 16.
