    The Nest Hydeaway is ideally located just minutes from downtown Canmore and approximately 20 minutes from Banff National Park. You are close to hiking and biking trails, lakes, golf courses, and world-class skiing. The Legacy Trail is nearby, offering a scenic route right toward Banff.



    Other Things to Note:

    Good to Know

    • Quiet hours are strictly enforced by on-site security from 10 pm to 7 am

    • The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay

    • Your Guest guide included with local tips, dining recommendations, and trail suggestions. We also provide customized reservations - just reach out in advance or during your stay.

    • Hosts are easily reachable before and during your stay, 24/7 by app messaging, email or phone.



    Important Notes:

    * Trains do pass through the Bow Valley and in front of Ascent, which is part of the authentic mountain town experience. The Nest is fairly insulated from the trains and our guests typically do not report much, if any inconvenience.

    * Amenities are managed by the building and may occasionally be closed for maintenance. We always communicate updates when we are made aware, however last minute closures are outside our control.

    * IMPORTANT: Each unit at Ascent includes one dedicated parking stall. The building also has a limited number of visitor stalls (shared across the building) that are first come, first served and often fill quickly, so Hydeaway Stay cannot guarantee parking for additional vehicles. Guests arriving with a second or third vehicle during busy times should expect to park additional vehicles offsite, which may not be within easy walking distance.

The room had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was easy. The pool was excellent. It had snowed and rained during our stay so we enjoyed having access to a warm pool. The board games were a nice touch and the balcony was a very nice size for sitting out and enjoying the view. The sleeping arrangement was good as well.

Our family of 10 including 4 kids, stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. We simply loved the unit and the setup. It was conveniently located at an ideal distance from near by attractions - Banff Town, Lake Louise etc. We did all our Banff park explorations from this location until we drove out to Jasper national park. It is also at a reasonable distance from Calgary city in case you have to drive back to get something. The unit has all the necessary amenities and most importantly the host team was super responsive for any messages I sent during our stay. We would recommend the place for anyone with a large group visiting the national parks and would definitely pick this the next time we plan our trip out there. Only improvement we would recommend is for providing assigned parking for additional vehicles for large groups of say more than 5 people.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for the stay - high end bedding, appliances, and toiletries; extra towels for the pool (and a pool and hot tub that runs year round!) ...even coffee and cream for the morning!Board games for our kiddos, Kleenex boxes in the bedrooms, even makeup towels in each bathroom - so many little touches that did not go unnoticed!Great underground parking which was wonderful given the snowy weather. A quick drive or walk to many restaurants and sights to see/do in town. Great communication with the host and they even provided a late check out which really helped with our late departure due to weather.Would highly highly recommend this condo for a stay in Canmore. Great for families with or without kids, couples or a group friends.Just a beautiful place to stay.We look very forward to staying here again!5/5 stars- would give it more stars if we could!
