  • THE HAVEN, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom end-unit townhouse, offers the perfect home base for your mountain getaway. Unwind in our bright, professionally styled, fully equipped luxury space while enjoying breathtaking mountain views—and take full advantage of onsite amenities like a year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

    Guests will have full access to this townhouse which includes: a large upper outdoor living space with BBQ and panoramic views; in-suite laundry; and a single car heated garage with extra storage. Thoughtful touches throughout include commercial-laundered linens and towels. Onsite amenities include a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

    Located on tourist friendly and easily accessible Kananaskis Way with many shops, cafes, restaurants and various other amenities right around the corner. Canmore`s Main street/downtown is also just a short walk away.


    PARKING:
    Personal secure garage means that you can leave your vehicle behind and enjoy walking around Canmore without worrying about finding a parking spot! Your bikes, snowboards & skis will also be safe & secure.

Kings beds outfitted with plush linens and ample pillows in bedrooms one & two. The third bedroom boasts a twin bunk bed promising a desirable space for the kid in everyone. A comfortable queen pull-out sofa bed offers an additional sleeping space in the living room.

    BATHROOM:
    Enjoy two luxury 5-piece bathrooms with an elegant vanity and a spacious tub and shower that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. Fluffy towels and premium toiletries await, ensuring a pampered experience. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Hand Wash are supplied. Upstairs a 2-piece powder room off the main living space.

    LAUNDRY:
    Quality full-size washer and dryer conveniently located within the suite with complimentary laundry detergent.

    THE HAVEN can be accessed easily within 1.5 hours from the Calgary International Airport and is in the perfect location for accessing all the fun that the town of Canmore has to offer! Follow the directions provided in the Welcome Message.

    Shops of Canmore is nearby for quick access to delicious food and drinks. ROAM Transit bus stops located within walking distance with routes throughout Canmore and services to Banff & Lake Louise.

    *No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house and please leave property to smoke cigarettes. Improperly disposed of cigarettes can spark a forest fire.
    *No Pets, No Parties, No Candles, No Unregistered Guests.
    *Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbours.
    *Please remove all footwear at the door.
    *No Bikes, Skis or Snowboards allowed inside.
    *Please notify us if something breaks or stops working.

    CANCELLATION POLICY – MODERATE
    *100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival.
    (minus Stripe fees if applicable).
    * 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.
    (minus Stripe fees if applicable).

    CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
    * Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
    * Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.
    * HostAway Application Fee: HostAway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
