    THE SPACE

    Welcome to Swan`s Nest, a spacious two-level penthouse at Grande Rockies Resort in Canmore. With over 2,000 sq. ft. of living space, mountain views, and a private hot tub, this is a wonderful place for families and groups to experience the Canadian Rockies together.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

    Swan`s Nest accommodates up to 9 guests with nine individual sleeping spots.

    - Master bedroom upstairs: 1 king-size bed, sleeps 2
    - Bedroom 2 downstairs: 1 king-size bed, sleeps 2
    - Bedroom 3 downstairs: 1 queen-size bed, sleeps 2
    - Separate family room: 1 queen pull-out sofa bed, sleeps 2
    - Portable extra bed: 1 twin-size folding cot that can be moved where needed, sleeps 1

    LIVING AND ENTERTAINMENT

    The lower level features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a main living room, and a separate family room. Enjoy board games, foosball, and three TVs for entertainment during your stay.

    Step out onto the lower-level balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air, use the barbecue, and relax with outdoor seating. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens onto a private patio with seating and your own hot tub.

    For added convenience, the condo also features two bathrooms, including an ensuite bathroom upstairs and a lower-level bathroom with a walk-in shower. An in-suite washer and dryer are also provided.

    GRANDE ROCKIES RESORT AMENITIES

    Guests have access to the resort`s shared indoor swimming pool, communal hot tub, and fitness room, with no additional resort amenity fees. A restaurant is also located within the resort and is open to the public.

    Please note that the resort amenities are shared with other guests and are separate from your private hot tub.

Superior property, complete with private hot tub and exceptional view of three sisters! 6 of us, including 2 children really called this place home and enjoyed the facility and excellent host communications!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. We enjoyed walking around Canmore. It had a lot to offer in terms of restaurants, coffee shops and some beautiful walking trails. It was an easy drive to Banff. The condo was perfectly clean with plenty of space for our family of five including young adults who appreciated extra room to spread out and have their own space. We enjoyed the hot tub and two outdoor areas. It was very quiet.

Condo was even better than photos depict. Had everything we needed, especially for cooking, Spacious, hot tub was enjoyed by all. Beautiful views, would highly recommend.

Robert was a very good manager who was very attentive. Communication and instructions were very good. The condo was beautiful and was in a good location. Loved the hot tub.

The accommodations were excellent, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures online. Host was responsive and information provided by the host about the unit, recommendations etc were perfect.

The unit inside was beautiful. It was very roomy for a family of four. It offerred a lot of nice touches like lovely art work and table games for kids. They provided ample towels for the hot tub, and it was a short walk into Canmore. The term resort felt somewhat misleading in that you had to park in an underground parking garage and use a single elevator for that wing. The photos of the views were somewhat misleading as well. While you could see the mountain range which was amazing, you also looked onto many other decks so it didn't feel very private. Overall, it was spacious, clean and convenient

Perfect stay! Canmore is a fantastic place to use as a home base to explore the Banff area. The condo was fantastic. It had plenty of room, nice touches and amenities, with all details covered. The host thought of everything, including loaning us bear spray and a Pars Canada pass (although we didn't actually need it), recommending local places to eat and visit, and even providing his own discount code for the local grocery store. We loved having a second family room to hang out and watch TV. The hot tub was fantastic and there was so much space to spread out with a fully stocked kitchen. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream, and the downtown Canmore area. Awesome views of the 3 Sisters mountain peaks. The facility has its own restaurant and pool although we were too busy to use them. We would definitely return. Book it, you will love it.

The condo had everything we needed and Robert even came and supplied us with a teapot so my wife could enjoy her morning tea each day.I especially appreciated the private hot tub.We also appreciated the central location of the complex.
