We had a mixed experience with this unit. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.Great location, the views were absolutely amazing, unit was clean, nice separate bedroom with large ensuite. Also came with laundry in the common vestibule that is shared between the two attached units. However, the suite itself has some disappointments for us. The condo appears to have originally been a two-bedroom, two-bath deluxe unit that was renovated into two separate suites - a one-bedroom studio and a one bedroom, one bath with full kitchen/living room. There was no kitchen sink—dishes had to be washed in the bathroom sink, which was odd. The kitchenette area finishes were different than the rest of the studio suite.Noise and cooking smells from the adjoining suite was an issue. This might have something to do with the wall dividing the two suites. We’ve stayed in other units at the Solara many times in the past. Unfortunately, this studio had a different feel and set up and felt overpriced for what it offered. While the host was excellent and the views were beautiful, this unit was not the right fit for us.
