Beautiful property. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had a large group of 12. It was clean and comfortable. The tub was amazing! They had 3 large washers and dryers which was amazing as we had a lot of wet clothes from the snow. Close enough to Banff but we had all the conveniences of supermarkets, gas stations etc around the corner. Can’t wait to return.

Hot tub was not hot enough. The temperature was set 102F. After a while when we were in the hot tub, the temperature dropped to 98F. The oven had grease debris inside. When we turned it on, it produced lot of smoke and triggered the smoke alarm. We phoned the owners and they sent someone to clean the oven. There should be more oversight for the cleaning staff. We needed to adjust the room temperature but it did not work properly. It appears that the thermostat was programmed to be at 20C. When we arrived our second parking spot was taken by someone. We phoned the owners and they sent someone to move that car.

We had an excellent stay. Location is great, very walkable. The accommodations were clean, modern and nicely appointed. Host was easy to reach and flexible. Would absolutely stay here again. This condo is an excellent choice for a larger group.

What a lovely place! So thoughtfully well stocked for our group of ten. The hot tub was super clean and well maintained. Beds were so comfy. Bathrooms super clean. A few more comfortable sitting spaces in the living room area would be a great addition. Would not hesitate to recommend. And short walk to town.

Family getaway

We traveled with our extended family to the Canmore/Banff area for a few days and loved staying at this beautiful 5 Bdrm townhome. It was a perfect fit and location. Close to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Tons to do in Canmore and only 15-20 min from Banff. Home was well stocked with kitchen accessories and even had 3 sets of washer/dryers. The kids loved the enormous TVs in the basement and main floor for movies and the hot tub was a fabulous way to end the day. Would definitely book again!

Perfect stay

The home was equipped with everything we needed! It was perfect for 2 families. My daughter and son in law with the 3 kids stayed comfortably on the first floor. So glad for twin beds and not a bunk bed. You provided a porta crib and high chair which helped us so much with the 1 year old. The rest of us stayed on the 3rd floor. Enjoyed the view and the hot tub. Thank you again ! We would love to come back again. It was the perfect stay!

Great place for a friends' reunion

I recently stayed with 8 school friends I've known for more than 50 years. The property was great for home-cooked meals, accessibility to Canmore's and Banff National Park's charms (with a car), and comfortably accommodated all of us. The property manager was extremely responsive when we communicated (e.g.: a water leak in the laundry room that required attention) and eager to ensure our stay was a good one.

Ski Trip

Great property overall and would likely stay again! Had two instances where we needed immediate response by phone from management and the first time they were able to respond right away! Unfortunately the hot water to the unit had cut off sometime in the late evening and we were not able to contact anyone to get assistance. When we did receive a response it was around 10:00AM right before check out so the group had cold showers.This one might also be nitpicking but the advertisement does state that there are L'Occitane en Provence amenities but this was also not the case in any bathroom or kitchen.Additionally, it states that there are two free national park passes for use but this was utilized upon further review of the listing.

Great for family trip
