    We offer the convenience of self check-in. While you may have the condo to yourselves, you won’t be alone should you need assistance.

    This Condo is in a resort minutes from the world-famous Banff National Park, Policeman Creek Trail, and Canmore Nordic Centre. You`ll find a handful of restaurants and cafes in Canmore.

    Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Canmore has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests bring their car to see all Canmore has to offer.

    The public Canmore Roam Bus is also a great way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore.

    - PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

    -The underground heated parking has a maximum height capacity of 7`6.`

    -Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

    - Access to the gym at One Wellness Spa requires a fee, which must be paid directly to the spa.

    - For any questions or assistance, please contact us directly. The front desk is not able to assist with reservations or unit-specific requests.

    Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

    Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

    1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

    2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

    3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

    4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

    5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

    6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

    7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 12 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

    8. PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

    *Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


    9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

    10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
