I would recommend staying here!! The private hot tub was great after a full day on the ski hill, and each room had its own private bathroom as well. It has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and is in a convenient location within walking distance to some great local restaurants.

Bachelorette Party

Overall the place was amazing! The decor was super cute, everything was very clean. The kitchen was pretty much fully stocked (could use some liquid measuring cups). The tiles in the bathroom were heated and it was so nice that each room had its own bathroom. Some of the finishes were falling apart (the garbage cupboard wouldn’t close and kept opening up, toilet paper holders not securely on the wall). I also don’t think the humidity was working because it was very dry. But overall, it was a great place for a group of 10!

Think College Dormitory Campus Life

When renting this property, described as premier resort, we were disappointed in the quality of the furnishings (disrepair, worn/dirty, lack of storage in closets, etc). The beds were memory foam on a platform. There were no shelves, nightstands, dressers or luggage racks to unpack. The bath towels were mismatched, worn, and poor quality. The rental described having premier designer toiletries available, and this was not the case. Instead there were bottles of dove and panting in each shower. With a large group of 10 adults, it would have been nice to be able to utilize the large deck off the great room.

Great property for a group! Four bedrooms, each with a bathroom and own TV (another room with a bed and bathroom, but no door, on bottom level). Spacious living room, kitchen and dinning area. We had two families with kids and it was perfect.

Amazing home & location!

We absolutely loved our stay in Canmore. Incredible home, location & views. Our 2 families totaling 8 people had plenty of space and the bedrooms each having their own bathroom was amazing. Mgmt. was extremely responsive to a few minor requests. 2 park passes included was convenient & saved us some money! We made multiple dinners/meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Would recommended this home to anyone!

Great property, prime location, & lot of ammenities, could use better communication and maintenance.

We stayed for four days and listing said there would be a travel crib available for us to use however we did not receive it until the next day after back and forth communication with management. There was a water leak during our stay during the 3rd day which dropped into the kitchen island where we had food spread out. Problem was addressed the day of but plumbers who came left a mess in the master bathroom with dirty towels and gunk all over the floor, which we had to inevitably clean up to enjoy our stay. Overall the property and location are nice and comforting, effective management and maintenances seem to be lacking and could use better support from leadership.

Fantastic!

Our family celebrated my dad’s 90th birthday so we wanted something special. This place did not disappoint! The accommodation was outstanding. We were 9 adults ranging in age from 28 to 90 and everyone loved the place. The kitchen was well stocked and there was room for 2-3 people to be working in there at the same time. The furniture was comfortable to sit on-the ‘birdcage’ seat on the back deck was a big hit. The beds were comfy and each room having its own bathroom was wonderful. The weekend was amazing and will be a cherished memory for all, largely in part to the accommodations. I would highly recommend Samsura!

Girls getaway

Overall, the property was what we expected. The location, space and hot tub were great. The overall cleanliness was disappointing - tubs and showers were dirty, carpet stained and floors were sticky. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the walls are very thin so every sound in the place and beside us could be heard. We had quite a few maintenance issues which were handled by the property in a timely manner (although both coffee machines broke and we didn’t have any for the final morning). Overall for the price we paid, we expected a bit more in the way of comfort, cleanliness and upkeep but we did enjoy our time here. .

Amazing location and staff!

We had an amazing stay. The staff responded almost immediately with any questions we had. The location in Canmore is great for walking to restaurants, coffee shops, and the downtown area. The house was very nice. Only negative (not necessarily for our group but possibly for others) was there is a lot of stairs. You can easily see that from the pictures and the floor plan though. Overall our stay could not have been much better and I would 100% recommend to others! If we come back with this size of a group we will definitely stay here again!

The property was a perfect way for our girl gang to get together as COVID has interrupted our annual travel plans. We chose to stay closer to home and were not disappointed. The accommodation was first class with lots of space to spread out. A great experience!

there was a problem with the hot tub, which they tried to rectify right away. Only other issue, maybe not issue but more of a recommendation would be to have a better selection of pans, and baking sheets. Over all the place was great. Would for sure go back.

Last minute romantic weekend away!

We decided to make Canmore the destination for a last weekend getaway. Property was just as represented in photos! Highlights included: really comfortable spaces and seating to lounge, read, watch a movie; GREAT location to walk downtown to Canmore -- it is so central! Beds very comfortable and hot tub was excellent!

Wonderful property and management. The place was very clean and very impressive. Some : able to park small SUV inside the garage, was perfect when it was snowing. Hut tub was enjoyable. Many supplies so didn't have to bring anything but food and drink. Just a note, its like a 2 storey built on a 4 level split. Be prepared to do some stairs.
