Yes, the hot tub and swimming pool were good.
The suite was fully equipped, but cleanliness was poor. When I wiped the dining table with a tissue, it came away black. On the last day, I tried to use the mixer, and it was extremely dirty, with vegetable scraps stuck to the glass—unbelievable. It’s a nice suite, but it’s uncomfortable to feel like you have to clean everything before using it.
The bed and sofa bed are outdated, and the mattresses are worn out and uncomfortable. The bed felt uneven—higher at the foot and softer at the head.
On the day we arrived, we couldn’t apply the discount coupon for parking, and there was no one available to help until the next day at 10 a.m. It seems staff are only available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
We had to either pay for expensive daily parking or leave the car outside. The suite is beautiful, but there were too many issues—especially with cleanliness. The bed was very uncomfortable, more like something you’d find in a cheap motel.
