Guests are required to send the following information to register their booking upon arrival with Administration -

✦ Names of all Guests
✦ Ages of all Guests
✦✦NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY

EXTRAS

✦ The condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival only. Maid services and extra linens or towels are available on a daily basis at an additional charge of $45USD per service. Request this service upon making your reservations and arrangements will be made.

✦ You are responsible for handing over the key & the elevator key upon check out. If you misplace them or forget to return you will be charged the price to replace both keys. $100USD.

✦No animals of any kind are allowed in the Condominium. There will be a fine of $1000USD and you will be removed from the Condominium
