Pool was clean and well kept, local staff were helpful and responsive. Location was quiet but still close to things to do. We would definitely stay at this villa again in the future.

House is beautiful and safe. Plenty of room - we had 11 people. Owners/staff were friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend.

Look No Further for Paradise

From stunning sunrises to unimaginable ocean views this place will not disappoint. Have been staying on Isla Mujeres for 20 years and loved this place the most. Another perfect stay at Casa Flor De Mayo

You will not be disappointed!! This was our second year in a row staying here and we were barely out the door and booked for 2025! Amazing sunrises from the massive ourside patio, big bedrooms with cold ac and luxury bathrooms add to the appeal of this home. Well appointed kitchen suitable to a novice or expert chef either will be happy. My son loved the large pool, my wife loves the ocean front trail for her morning run. Best locationon the island, keep it a quiet evening in or a quick kart ride to the south if you want to rock out! Perfect house thats why we are coming back in 2025!

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful home on a beautiful island. Very comfortable and very clean. Sunrises were spectacular. Check in was easy. Met at the house by the concierge, Jan. Perfect accommodations for a family vacation. Our party included six adults and four toddlers. Plenty of room for all of us. Spent the first half of the day at Playa Norte and the afternoons at the house pool. Great restaurants on the island. All close by via golf cart. The owners Bob and Diane were very accessible and accommodating. Probably our best family vacation, so far. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Great house!

The house is fantastic -and has everything we needed for a memorable, fun vacation with family and friends. We ended up loving the fact that the house is on a quieter part of the island but still with lots to do nearby. And the backyard with the pool overlooking the sea is just incredible. The hosts were accommodating throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Amazing home

Casa Flor de Mayo is a perfect house to spend time on Isla Mujeres. Beautiful home overlooking the caribbean waters! There were 4 couples and the rooms were just perfect and accommodating. The concierge and Mundaca staff was easy to work with and I used all their recommendations. Absolutely recommend this home for your stay!

Blown away!

We absolutely loved our stay! We had five adults and four children staying at the house. Everyone was very comfortable during their stay. There is not a bad room in the house. All of the views are spectacular! The pool was the highlight while spending time at the house. The accommodations were more than satisfactory. I would definitely recommend booking Lucy as a chef. Not only was the food amazing, she was a joy to be around. Bob and Diane were very tentative to our needs. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Casa Flor De Maya home

The house was amazing and the outdoor space was so great. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. We loved the location. We rented golf carts and it was fun to get around town. This house is top notch and I would rent it again and highly recommend it.

Getaway with Friends

Our stay at Casa Flor de Mayo was spectacular. The house and pool were beautiful and clean. It’s in a good location on the isla with great views. Leading up the the trip, the administration team was available to answer many questions. The concierge walked us through everything when we checked in and answered questions during our stay. The house is set up well for having a chef service come in to cook. We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing views and perfect location!

This is our second time and our friends seventh time on the island.....yep 7...This property was perfect for our group of 9. Large flexible living spaces were great as well as the bedroom sizes. The pool area was awesome for us, large enough for everyone to enjoy and the lounge area in the pool was a real treat! You will get a great sunrise and a lot of sun throughout the day. Great location also, far enough way from the hustle and bustle of downtown but only a short cart ride to see all the action. Management company was very responsive and we used Isla Fun Tours to do a private transfer from Cancun Airport to the house they even delivered our golf carts. Last but not least Jan the concierge was awesome, he does a great job!

Great house! Came nicely equipped, beds comfortable, owner and property management very responsive! The house had beach towels which saved us on packing. Loved the quieter location with quick access to restaurants or beach. The pool area was perfect for lounging after a day from beach. Views gorgeous as well. No complaints!

Perfect place in paradise

We were 3 families and the house was just perfect. We enjoyed the outside space and pool every day. The rooms were each comfortable as were the views. The areas was quiet and we felt perfectly safe. The amenities and the help with everthing before the stay made it a seamless and easy vacation. The commmunicatjon was great throughout as well. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Post wedding Family gathering

Our time in Isla Mujeres was magnificant due to having this amazing home as our own for 4 nights. The pool and ocean combined for a magnificant play pen for our family gathering. Nonstop fun in the pool with the grandkids and then discovery of nature in so many ways. Nice proximity to the Punta Sur, great walks along the sea and a fabulous catered dinner with Javi and his family team. This is the perfect place to be in Isla Mujeres!!!

Great stay for 11 people!

Our return trip to Isla Mujeres was amazing! Isla and Casa Flor de Mayo did not disappoint! The house was perfect for our group of 11 people. Plenty of room for everyone. Lucia Di Cesare's Farm to Table breakfast was delicious! Perfect for our first morning on the Island. Everyone in the group wished that they could stay longer. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. We will definitely be back to Isla Mujeres and Casa Flor de Mayo (hopefully sooner than later).

Peaceful, Private, Perfect!

We went with a group of 10 women to celebrate our friendship on Woman Island. This house was everything we needed and more! It’s located on the southern point of the island, away from the major hustle and bustle, but SO close to everything you’d want! Restaurants and bars less than a 3-5 minute golf cart ride (we love the Joint) and you can take the path behind the house down to see the ruins (about a 15 minute walk along the ocean cliffs!) There’s cold coconut stands just minutes from the home, along with a beautiful Woman’s Bead Co-Op that we all were obsessed with! Beaches and snorkeling are also super close. The pool was amazing along with sunrises on the huge balcony. They provided beach towels and even sunscreen if you forgot! And they made us the most DELICIOUS appetizers for the day we got in (literally saved us all after long travel!) We’re some thirsty gals and drank the 4 huge jugs of purified water they gave us, and Isaac was fast as HELL bringing us more! Also loved that they provided chilled drinking water (one less thing to coordinate.) Jennifer was also super fast to reply to any inquiry. We’re already thinking ahead to our 2023 Isla stay here!

Fabulous house! What you see is what you get and more!

This was a girls trip and we had the most fabulous time at this beautiful house! What you see online and videos is what you get and more! The pool and the view from the pool is amazing anytime of day! The home is beautifully decorated with all the amenities! Comfortable beds, bathrooms are modern, they have conditioner, shampoo and body wash in each bathroom. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook a meal or to have one catered. The house is in walking distance to Punta Sur which you have to see. The house is secured, and has cameras. The house is also a short 15 minute cab ride into downtown! We absolutely loved this house and highly recommend you will not be disappointed! I wish I could post photos!

Perfect House for a Family Vacation

This house is gorgeous and has everything that you might need. All the separate bedrooms with bathrooms make it perfect for a group. The balconies provide private space with amazing views. The large kitchen, living room and dining room are wonderful communal spaces and you can look out over the pool to the sea from almost every room. The hosts were excellent and check in and check out were seamless. The house is on the southern part of the island which we prefer because it is quiet. You do have to take a short taxi or bus ride to get to the main touristy part of the island.
