  • Our privately owned, nicely decorated Villa is located steps from the beach with a large terrace and private entrance to the Beach. This Villa has 3 levels of living space with a large private top terrace on the 3rd level that overlooks for miles the beautiful aqua blue-green waters of the Caribbean.
    Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat Smart- TV & a bar area. Living room is only steps away from the large terrace overlooking the silky white sands of the Caribbean Beach. This Villa features 3 bedrooms, each with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed with large master bath plus a private terrace to enjoy the sunrise. The other 2 bedrooms features are: The second one has two twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has two double size beds. Each room is air-conditioned minisplit + TV with Cable.
    The main swimming pool is only steps away from your front door.
    Our Bi-lingual property manager will greet you upon arrival and be available to answer all your questions and/or help with your vacation needs. Let our 25 years of experience in Mexico help you relax and enjoy your vacation home away from home.

We had a ball the hostess was amazing we had a group of 8 women plenty of room for everyone this was a surprise birthday trip and let me tell you it was epic I would definitely recommend this place to anyone ‼️

Miriam was an absolutely fantastic host! She reached out to see if we needed transport from the airport or if we had any questions. She welcomed us personally at the gate & showed us around the villa & resort.The villa itself was beautiful! It was well maintained & clean, beds were comfortable. We loved the convenience of being on the beach & would definitely stay here again! Oh, and they had filtered water to the fridge, so we had ice...so fantastic!I felt comfortable with the resort security, someone was always at the gate & they checked id, so make sure at least one person in the group has their id on them & that they're on the villa's guest list.

This is a beautiful and well equipped villa! Right on the beach with gorgeous views. Our host Miriam was so helpful and available any time we needed her! She gave us local recommendations for food, grocery etc. it is on the south end of the hotel zone so a bit quieter, which we loved!

The place is very nice, in an easy location to access bus, very clean, direct access to the beach and so much more. The hostess, Miriam Ramirez Botello, is beyond fantastic. She stopped by one day to ensure things were going okay. I've never had such a stay.

Miriam was awesome. Helped with suggestions of where to go. Property couldn’t have been better. Huge patio. Right on the beach. Walked 30 seconds to water with private access. Perfect for the four of us. Best place we have stayed.

We had a wonderful time . The location and having direct beach access was my favorite part. The location was wonderful easy to get anywhere needed the neighbors were friendly. Miriam was such a dear, so helpful and communication was wonderful. They helped recommend a transport company and it was the perfect one . I can. It say enough good this about his place our first vrbo in Mexico exceeded every expectation.

Wonderful stay

First time to Cancún - wonderful time - it’s easy to get around on bus and safe! I was worried about my daughters going downtown by themselves but it was perfectly fine. Condo is right on beach and we loved the views. Mirium is wonderful and is a wealth of information and always available to answer questions. The pictures represent the condo very well - very comfortable and beach is spectacular.

Miriam was wonderful. The communication was detailed and attentive. We loved the restaurant recommendations. The villa has a million dollar view and conveniently located. We might make this a yearly trip for our family. Thank you, Miriam. PS: We could not finish the 1000 piece puzzle, good luck to future guests, very relaxing activity from the bar in the villa.

Perfect

The property is beautiful and right on the beach. Not in the Zona Hotelera, but not far. Which provides a little more seclusion. Not necessarily a bad thing. We had one minor issue and Miriam had it fixed immediately. Miriam was the perfect host.

Communication with the host was very efficient. Property was clean. The home was as per the pictures posted. The resort itself is old but this villa was very good. Lots of towels provided. Shampoo, laundry detergent etc was also provided. Parking was very close to the villa. Beach was right in front of the villa with direct and private access. Perfect for large families.

Beautiful villa on the beach

One of the best vacation villas we have stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. Bedrooms large and clean and comfortable beds. Can roll out of bed and onto the beach. Beautiful views from the living space and master bedroom and 3 terraces. Modern appliances in the kitchen. Miriam was a wonderful host. Great communication and helpful with suggestions from transportation to and from the airport to activities in the area. The Solymar resort was quiet and relaxed. Exactly what we needed. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful visit to cancun

Overall the house was great. It is a bit dated but the cleanliness and the location more than make up for it. The rooms are all good size. Plenty of bed options and the views are spectacular. You are right on the beach! Easy access to everything in town. Bus ride or quick uber get you everywhere. Miriam is wonderful and was a lifesaver for us. We arrived in two separate groups and she took care of all the arrangements. She even grocery shopped for us so we could have a meal when we arrived that evening. I highly recommend.

Birthday getaway

The property could not have been better! Right on the beach with beautiful views!! It was just as pictured on the web site. And like others have said Miriam was just a delight. She shared so many things with us about the area and helped with all the set up of tours we took. We did not rent a car just took the buses. They run about ever 10 minutes. Felt very safe in this area with 24hr guards. Loved all the extras that came with the villa. My daughters birthday celebration was a great success!

Amazing how the personal touch makes all the difference.

This unit was spacious and clean. Gorgeous view up and down the beach with plenty of outdoor privacy. Well-equipped, plenty of closets and drawers - easy to make yourself at home. But the star attraction is Miriam - a wealth of information on virtually every topic: Best (and cheapest) way to get to and from the airport, where to eat a fancy meal, where to eat local fare, who to dive with, etc. We had some small issues in the unit to be addressed (coffee maker, plumbing). They were handled almost immediately, despite not being an "on site" manager. Thank you, Miriam, for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!
