"We loved staying on the houseboat instead of a hotel. We had stayed on a houseboat the last time we visited Boston and it was a cool experience. It’s quiet and peaceful and more quaint than a hotel. Communication was great and made the check in process easy. We met up with sherry and she explained everything thoroughly. Very grateful. We traveled with 4 adults, 2 elementary aged children and a dog. A little tight but we made it work. Overall a great experience. Love."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! It is like staying in a parking lot and the bathroom smells like a sewer. The three of us (all VRBO hosts) paid for three nights but left after one. We requested a partial refund, but were denied. We were unable to get the power working, so no lights, no phone chargers, no running water. "Super fun location, that made for a really fun 4th of July. Proximity to Fort Adams gave us the best vantage point for fireworks we could have had. House boat was very nicely made up for us, clean as could be. Comfortable bed, head was clean and functional. Water taxi was super convenient and easy to use, also allowed for awesome access to downtown Newport without needing to deal with cars or traffic.
