"The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "A clean and comfortable room which had all we needed. Parking was in a nearby multilevel carpark, a 5 min walk away. Staff were very helpful and friendly at all times."
