We got in and found used towels all around with weird smell. The places wasn’t cleared. And what she offered to solve was to wait like 2 hours for her to arrive that will give us clean bed sheets for us to change. We had driven a lot to find where we stay will be clean at least. "We arrived to have the grass two feet high, hadn’t been mowed in months. Oven did not work. Kitchen had minimal dishes/glasses and accessories. Coffee pot was small. No washcloths in the bathroom. One towel per person, no washer/dryer. One-ply toilet paper. No extra pillows, microfiber sheets. No outdoor space/ furniture to enjoy California weather. Large backyard is wasted with weeds."

"Address listing was incorrect ( it’s “road” not “drive”) so took an extra hour to find location because host wasn’t accessible except by message. Once we were able to reach him he was very curt and somewhat dismissive instead of helpful. Location was as shown on website but the interior had a lot of items that showed it was”lived in” ( long hairs in bathroom, groceries in kitchen storage, very old, used kitchen items- dishes, glassware).
