Exactly as described

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. For Christmas we gifted my brother and sister in law a weekend away with us to go to a Sharks game and the Winchester Myster House tour. It was a big deal becuase it was the 1st time they were leaving their 9 month old twins. The property was perfect. We all stated how clean and easy to check in it was. We didn't spend of lot of time at the house but we would go back when we could hang and relax. The kitchen was stocked with water, coffee and snacks which was a very welcome surprise. I was a little nervous when we first arrived becuase it looked as if the house was on a busier road than expected but it was very quiet and peacful. My sister in law said it was the first full 8 hours of sleep she's had in a year. Thank you Quinn and Daniel.

Very homey

Everything was great! My mom has timeshares and she said this was just as good as staying in those! Very clean. Manager was very responsive when I asked questions. We were very comfortable and had a place to relax after a full day! Beds were comfortable. Yard was lovely. I was worried about being by the road but I did not notice the traffic outside. My son slept on the Futon and said it was comfortable.

Family vaca and college drop off

This was the perfect place for us to stay as we were dropping our son off at SCU. The home was nicely apportioned and clean. The host was gracious and informative. Beds were extremely comfortable and very nice TVs. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Place to Call Home

We stayed here for seven nights and looked forward to coming “home” at the end of each day. Quinn’s rating as a Premier Host is truly deserved. We needed to arrange for a possible medical delivery, and Quinn was willing to assist. The kitchen was stocked with starter supplies of water, soda, coffee, tea, and several snack options. Dishes and the extras (like plastic wrap) were all there. The beds were super comfortable, and we made use of the plush blankets on chilly nights. Everything in the house is thoroughly modern and functioning well (with instructions where needed), including the washer and dryer (detergent provided). This was a clean and lovely place to enjoy, and we would definitely book this house again.

Best stocked property!

Nothing to complain about with this rental. My gf and I are from Canada and did not realize it was the American Thanksgiving holiday and most everything was closed. Thankfully this thoughtful owner had extras we could eat! Netflix was a bonus to entertain us. Getting around with Uber and Lyft was easy and the house exterior lit up beautifully when we arrived home late most evenings. Thanks to Quinn!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in San Jose unweit von San Francisco

Es ist eine neue, sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem Komfort. Es ist auch ein ideales Standquartier für Ausflüge nach San Francisco und an die Pazifikküste (z.B. Monterey). Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank bereits gut gefüllt. Auch im Badezimmer waren bereits alle notwendigen Hygienartikel vorhanden. so dass wir den Eindruck hatten, dass es ein wirkliches »Home from Home« ist! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir zum Schluss noch die sehr guten Betten in beiden Schlafzimmern und den ausgezeichneten Grill im Außenbereich, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben.

Incredibly comfortable!

This home was fantastic! Quinn, the host, was accommodating when our arrival kept changing due to weather conditions. We were tired and grumpy when we arrived and walking into this home made the stress immediately melt away. The decor and amenities made the stay very comfortable. Yard and patio were relaxing and made you feel as though it was truly a "home away from home". We will most definitely be staying here in the future!

Nice fully equipped home

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is nicely put together and the beds were very very comfortable and there were many personal touches throughout the house. The kitchen was pretty well stocked although they could have used a couple more knives. However the snacks and drinks provided by the owner made up for it! The only complaint I have is that the owners were working on their driveway/garage area and the workmen were pretty much right outside our bedroom window. I’m sure that won’t happen for future tenants but that was the only part of this day that I had an issue with. We would definitely stay in this house again if we are back in the area.

Charming updated home with all you need

Upon walking into this home everything is absolutely pristine and immaculate. There are a lot of finishing touches throughout the home that the owner put thought into. It was absolutely perfect for the night we needed and close proximity to downtown San Jose, the convention center and SAP center. If you have messy small children I would not advise this location because as I stated previously this location is very clean and pristine (speaking on behalf as someone with a messy toddler). There are a few small markets within walking distance which was an added bonus. Beautiful home throughout and beautifully decorated, all the pictures are true to what the home looks like.
