House was perfect for us...great location close to restaurants, shopping & beach; extremely well equipped; room for us all; and we had the best time! I'd really give them a 4.5 for cleanliness as the floors were dirty and some dirty rags were left in the bathrooms but otherwise it was great. Beds were comfortable and I'd totally stay there again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this comfortable Santa Barbara VRBO! The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed for two. It had a fireplace,smart TV, and a shower with tub combo. While there was no A/C, the large fan provided kept the room comfortable. The space includes three distinct rooms—a breakfast kitchenette, and a guest patio. "The home was perfect for our group with six bedrooms and enough room for people to be together yet also have their own space. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Having such easy access to the beach was amazing as well. While we had a slight misunderstanding with the host regarding the guest policy, it was quickly resolved. The host was also very responsive to the minor issues we ran into during our stay. Overall a great experience and we would happily stay again!"
