"The setting is beautiful with view of ocean, short walk to shops and restaurants, beautiful and fragrant landscaping, and a very busy hummingbird feeder just out the window. We were pleasantly surprised by a bottle of wine that we enjoyed. There are lovely and private spaces to sit outdoors. The shower and bathroom are exceptional. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is well-stocked. I'd highly recommend staying here. Location is very convenient as well. "

"This house was perfect and accommodated our large family of ten comfortably!! The kitchen was so spacious and with two living areas no one ever felt crowded! It was the perfect location to visit the beautiful sights of Santa Barbara, and it offered us the neighborhood we needed with two kids wanting to bike and walk safely! "Great location on a quiet street just blocks from the coast. The house is in good order. The backyard is smallish but nicely laid out. There is parking for two cars (there is time limits for parking on the street). Did not use the hot tub or sauna. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Probably one of the best homes we have stayed at with our family of six plus spouses and grand children. The home does not look like much from the street but once you enter the gates it has meticulously groomed gardens with plenty of enclosed space for everyone.
