"Beautiful property and location, spacious for extended family get-togethers. Host very communicative and accommodating. House was adequately clean, but the cleaning service did not pay much attention to detail I would say. Please note that shopping facilites are quite remote, so plan on bringing everything you need. Also there is no trash pickup and trash dropoff locations have limited hours. Wifi worked well and there are large TV's in almost every room, though we scarcely used them. Overall...

"My friends and I were in Moab for a weekend of biking and really enjoyed our stay here. The big pool and hot tub area was definitely a highlight - good place to come hang out after biking!"

"We truly enjoyed this little oasis. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and laundry was helpful. The property is only ten minutes from Arches and twenty-five from Canyonlands. We would stay here again. "

"This condo was an absolute gem—truly the perfect place to stay in Moab! Tyler and Haley were wonderful hosts—super responsive, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. The condo itself was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the private patio and hot tub area—it was the perfect spot to relax after long days of exploring.The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, and close enough to walk to downtown...

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, nice grill, fire pit and chatting with Jose. He was very kind & offered an excellent restaurant. Thank you. The only suggestion is some grill tools and containers with lids for refrigerator "

"Awesome place to stay. Photos don’t give an accurate view of the property as it is much nicer than photos show. Access to pool was great for hot afternoons. Great proximity to the parks and shopping. Hosts gave excellent food recommendations. "

"The rooms were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were enough towels for 7 people. Sadly, the beds were not comfortable at all. No one slept well. And the bbq did not have any propane, so we had to go down to the pool."

"This is a very nice place and space, particularly for 2 couples. It is right off the main street, so everything in downtown Moab is within walking distance. Yet, this is on a quiet side street tucked away from the tourist crowds.The kitchen was devoid of basic cooking supplies (oil, sugar, flour, etc.) or spices (except for salt and pepper), so plan accordingly."

"It was a nice stay and relatively close to many outdoor activities. The main issue I had with the property was that there was no dresser in our room. We had to live out of our suitcases. It's a pretty good property, if you enjoy living out of your suitcase."

"The inside was very clean! The outside patios need work and also cleaning up. We swept it and turned the mat over and cut the strings hanging off of it. The windows should be washed. It was great having a washer and drier. The location was convenient. The garage was a nice benefit. And it was nice and quiet!!"
