"This hotel provided a truly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the room was spotless with modern design and comfortable furnishings. The staff showed great hospitality and made the stay feel welcoming from start to finish. The facilities were well organized, and the overall environment was quiet and pleasant. "The room look nice and simple, not too fancy but feel comfortable to stay. Furniture is mostly wood so the space feel warm and a bit traditional, I like that style. Everything look clean and ok, nothing special but no problem also.
Bathroom is a good point, very clean and smell fresh, this is important for me so I feel quite satisfied. Location is also good, in Old Quarter area so it easy to go around, eat and walk to many place. Overall it a decent place to stay, worth the price and suitable...

"The room was very clean and comfortable, the location was convenient for getting around Hanoi, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooftop area was definitely a highlight — beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere that made the stay feel special."
