"Excellent property, clean quiet & comfortable.The location & area is very good. Close to parks & rec centre. Also, there is ample parking. The host is a kind & helpful gentleman, made sure I was comfortable. I have to say, it is one of the best places I've stayed."

"What a lovely time! We had no issues checking in or out (we were actually greeted by our lovely host, Janis)! Not only is this an incredible lake front getaway, it's also a yoga retreat center! We signed up for a couples's sound bath that was so relaxing and life affirming! I can't say enough about Janis and Dave (and Lex - their sweet doggo). Just lovely humans and pup!!! "A Wonderful experience. Quiet, comfortable and clean - falling asleep to crickets every night and listening to the Ravens as we wake. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive. Deer visiting in the early A.M. and nothing but beautiful green trees all around to look at in this tranquil setting. The Galloping Goose trail just outside the back yard is a cyclist's paradise - wide, flat and no hills but lots of nature on your adventures. Highly recommend! "

"This coach House is superbly equiped with comfortable furniture and kitchen utensils. Situated a block from Beacon Hill Park, the location couldn't be better for access to downtown and the ocean. Our only complaint was the monitoring of the electric meter for heat. The month we stayed here, May, was particularly cold and not a lot of light enters the coach house. Our contract stated that we were only allowed to consume 70.00 of electricity a month. We asked for a meter reading at the beginning...

"The view of the Bay from the deck. The hosting was smooth and comfortable. The room was large, and the common room was very effective and large as well."

"really close to the ferry, buses and restos. very quiet. No tv so we had little to do after 9pm except go to bed. the farm around was neat with deers closeby. Buses to go downtown victoria or butchart gardens were very close to the B&B. Would stay there again. Joe the owner was very courteous and very helpful."

"We enjoy our stay. Only the fireplace did not work but from there on out the place, comfort, cleanliness and kindness of the staff is the best. I would definitely come back."
