"Jess is an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble. Mentioned I was coming for my birthday, there were balloons and a lovely welcome message, and when ordered pizza (which is so good), there was a candle. The view from the Red Suite is incredible. It is so quiet and peaceful. The suite has everything you need, real milk in the fridge, cookies and a variety of teas. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. You must try the smoothies! We will definitely be back. Thanks Jess for everything!"

"I stayed in a cottage in Shambala Estate on a relaxed drive up to Cairns from Melbourne with my two dogs. It was simply beautiful. When I opened the door it smelt great, there was soft music playing and it looked gorgeous. My stay was relaxed and comfortable in a beautiful and clean room. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend."

"We had such a great time here - we didn’t want to leave lol.. Big4 Gold Coast holiday park was very clean. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and clean. Great kitchen and the shower - love the shower! The mornings were so beautiful and warm enough for a walk or dip in the warm pools / waterslides they have - we loved this! The laundry room was really handy. The washing machine had an automatic detergent dispenser, which was great. Staff were helpful and customer service came with smiles :)...

"It took us one night to adjust to the noise from the highway nearby. Apart from that nice and peaceful. Room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, would have been appreciated if it was done each day. No information on the rules and where things are. Some non-applicable rules were on the door encouraging us to ignore everything else including wi-fi. Detergent could have been provided for washing dishes.. Not required if the room is serviced on weekends."
