A further room on this level offers 1 french bed measuring 135 cm in width, and benefits from air conditioning and forced-air heating. An additional room on the ground floor is fitted with 2 single beds of 90 cm by 190 cm and is also equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with WC and a separate WC, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
