Check-in Procedure:

-Present identification documents for all guests.
-Security deposit by card: €150. The deposit is returned within 7 days after check-out.
- Payment of additional services if requested, for example: €25 supplement per pet for the entire stay. Maximum of 2 pets allowed in the accommodation.

House Rules:

-No smoking or parties allowed in the accommodation.
-Respect the guest limit according to the reservation.
-Upon leaving, please return the keys, take out the trash, and clean the used dishes.
