This floor includes 2 bedrooms: the first is equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating; the second features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with air conditioning and forced-air heating. A fully equipped kitchen on this level offers 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with Nespresso capsules available as an extra.
