"Defending recommend it , beautiful 😍"

"Lisa was a fab hostess. The house was spacious with great decking. There was two issues. Coming in after dark is an adventure trying to see a turn about 200 yards short of the House. There are steep stairs down to the house. Lisa's son helped us with the luggage."

"Estuvimos muy contentos con nuestra estancia en esta propiedad. Muchas gracias por todo!"

" The location of property was a perfect 10 for exploring Malibu and the surrounding area. Easy quick access to the pacific coast. The photos however of property are far from accurate. I'm guessing they are the original photos from when it was first listed on VRBO. Sadly it is quite run down on the outside. Overgrown trees and brush blocks the small veiw of ocean from back patio. The photo of ocean is out in the street away from the property. There were cobwebs all around property. The...

"Great stay at a great location and neighborhood was amazing as well."

"Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay."

"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."

"Place was excellent. Highly recommend. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Full kitchen. Close to beautiful carbon beach. Easy to park. Good communication with host. Would stay at again."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was well equipped for things that you would need when you’re traveling. It was just like being at home only better. We did use the hot tub and that was an excellent experience. The host was available to answer any questions that I had. We will definitely consider this in the future since I have family in the area."

"Host was welcoming and responsive. The home looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed."
