Getting Around:

A car is the best way for you to make the most of your stay in Cairns. With a car, you can drive to so many top locations at your convenience. If you prefer walking, it’s only a 20-minute stroll or a quick 5-minute drive from the CBD. For public transport, your next bus stop is located at Mulgrave Rd at Parramatta Park State School, Parramatta Park, making it easy for you to explore the area. Plus, the airport is just a 15-minute drive away, so you can easily access your flights without any hassle.

* 🔇 Please be considerate of our neighbours by observing quiet hours between 9:30 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.

* 🚭 This is a strictly non-smoking property, including the apartment, balcony and all outdoor areas.

* 🧳 Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Please plan accordingly or use a local luggage storage service.

* 🧼 Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.

* ☕ A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries and basic supplies. For longer stays, additional items can be purchased as needed.

* 👶 A travel cot is available for $25 per stay. A complimentary highchair can be provided upon request. Please let us know before arrival if required.



🧹 Mid-Stay Cleans



Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.



For stays of more than 14 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean and linen change are required to help maintain the property. This service is charged at $159 per clean.



Additional towels can also be provided upon request for an extra fee.
