We had a amazing stay here, the view we had was outstanding to say the least. In a good area and near everything you could need for your stay. We will definitely come back and stay in the property again when we are back in Cairns again.

部屋から海が一望でき、周辺も静かで過ごしやすかったです。 また、帰りのタクシーの予約も快く引き受けてくれ、素早い対応をいただきました。 ゴミの片づけやベッドメイクなど、ホテルと違い自分たちで行う必要はありますが、特に不便に感じることもなかったので、またケアンズに行くときは泊まりたいとおもいました。

P&O Cruise Views, not Sea Views.
I booked the last few days of my holiday in a sea view apartment as a way to celebrate, prior to leaving for the UK. Sadly, shortly after check-in and admiring the beautiful views, a gigantic P&O cruise docked directly outside the hotel, resulting in my 'sea views' becoming a view of seemed like a block of flats; to top it off, it stank and was noisy if we went out on the balcony. If the fact that the hotel was fronted by the cruise terminal, and that the view from my apartment was very different to what had been advertised ans sold, I would not be making an issues or this, as I simply would have booked alsewhere. This tainted what should have been ending the holiday with a 'bang'. Very disappointed.

The property was situated in a fantastic location with great views. It was slightly off the main drag and thus a little quieter without being any real distance away. It was a well appointed apartment with all you could want, with comfortable beds

The property is uniquely located across the Hemingway brewery and Reef Casino and the View are better than those from the the other hotels on Esplanade i.e the Riley , Hilton etc. The apartment are spacious and the parking is very convenient, My pet peeve was about the internet which was intermittent or for a day or two non existent. Property has Gym which is well equipped for me given my bias towards rowing and swimming pool is big enough but do not expect a lap pool as you see in a hotel property. The noise from hemingway on weekends may filter through until 9:30 pm after which it felt silent. All in all a great appointed property with spacious rooms and great view; if they could fix internet and other issues such as TV antennae in living room not working properly , I would have been saying excellent rather than great.

バルコニーからの景色が素晴らしく、部屋の設備も整っており、とても快適なステイになりました。時間外のチェックインやチェックアウトも事前にメールで丁寧に説明がありスムーズにできました。フェリーターミナルや街の中心部にも歩いて行ける距離でとても便利でした。

Property in terrific spot , some maintenance issues (replacement oven water leaks in shower, limited hot water in kitchen) needing to be addressed if demanding/expecting top dollar

フロントの方がとても親切で、快適に過ごせました！以下、ご参考まで。 ホテルと違い、1〜2人？で施設を管理されていて、イメージとしてはとても立派な民宿のような ？ なので8:00〜17:00以外は基本的にフロントは無人です。早朝にタクシー呼ぶ時は前日などにお願いするか、Uberが便利です。出入りは鍵があるので24時間できます。 Wi-Fiのパスワードは部屋にある案内冊子に書いてあります。電波も強く、サクサク繋がりました。 洗濯洗剤は5回分？ほど粉石けんがあって、問題なく使えました。洗濯ハンガーはないですが、物干しスタンドがあります。洗濯ばさみが少なかったので持参すると小物を干すのに良かったかなと思いました。 キッチンには布巾やラップもありました。冷蔵庫が大きいのでたくさん入ります。ケアンズは蟻がすぐに集まりますが、すぐ冷蔵庫にしまえば大丈夫でした。 シャワーのレバーは締めすぎると逆に水が出るので、止める時は真横にするのが正解です。(水が止まらず、壊れてるのかと焦りました) 歯ブラシはないので持参必須です。シャンプーやコンディショナーは壁に備え付けられていて、石鹸や入浴剤はあります。 冬の夜は肌寒く、他のホテルもそうでしたが、掛け布団は薄いものが1枚のみです。飛行機のブランケットが役立ちましたが、寒がりの方はご注意を。 プールは130cm位と結構深く、少し塩辛いです。泳げる小学生向けかな？こどもだけでは危ないので、もちろん大人の見張りが必要です。 チェックアウトの際に飛行機が欠航で、、、と話すと心配し部屋を確保してくれました。結局は航空会社の用意したホテルに泊まりましたが、とても不安な時に親身になってくれてありがたかったです。 電話ではなく、メールでやり取りできたのも英語が話せない私には便利で、確保してた部屋をキャンセルする時も気持ちのいい連絡で嬉しかったです。 Jodie、ありがとうございました！

Walking distance to everything. Very quiet location. The apartment size was good. Good views from the balcony. The reception staff was awesome.

Good location, we booked 2 apartments was expecting ocean view. However, one of the apartment in level 3 with no view at all. A bit disappointed.

Your booking was for 2x 2 Bedroom Standard Apartments unfortunately these rooms do not have views, at the time you made your booking our water view apartments were fully booked over christmas & new year, we did complimentary upgrade one of your apartments to a water view room due to a last minute cancellation it was unfortunate that we could not upgrade your 2nd booking due to availability. Please accept our sinserest apologies for your disappointment & thank you again for staying with us we do hope to see you again in the near future.

We have stayed several times in Cairns & I regret booking this apartment. We booked a 2 Bedroom Waterview Apartment, choosing this option because of the photos & reviews. I now believe we were given a 2 Bedroom Standard Apartment, room #403. While the couple that manage the rentals were pleasant the apartment, views & location left us disappointed. Please see my photos of our ‘view’, balcony (no glass panels as expected), bathrooms were tired, cupboard door missing in kitchen. The location is also not as ideal as we expected, Cairns is sadly less than vibrant with many closed shops & restaurants and major road work on the Esplanade. If you need pool towels make sure you arrange to pick them up during office hours as they are stored in the garage, not available on your apartment. I think if you compare my photos to our expected water view apartment booked you can understand our disappointment. I also feel ripped off as we paid a higher rate & got the lower tiered apartment.

When we arrived there were noone in the reception and the phonenumber provided did not work. After 50 phone calls and try to contact someone at the info screen we left and decided to come back before closing reception. (Leaving a Boye on keyboard for contact) After 2 hours we arrived back and there was a staff in the reception. He Never Saw the note that was on the keyboard... ( ;-) ) And when explaining that we waited for two hours and no contacts, he’s response was “okay, how will you pay ? “ The apartment was very nice and overall good, but service in reception non existent

全般的にとても良かったです。プールサイドのBBQサイトで家族でプールに入りながらBBQをしたり、外食では味わえない楽しさがありました。 スタッフのご夫婦も親切で、同じホテル内に住んでいますので、困ったら直接部屋に連絡していました。残念だったのは、バルコニーのFANが動かなかったことぐらいでしょうか？ 1週間以上の滞在をしているご家族が多いので、顔見知りになり、ケアンズ市内で会っても挨拶する様な関係でした。 また行きたいです！

Very nice appartment, clean, facilities looked almost brand new. Very close to everything. 10 minutes walk to Safeway, the reef terminal, restaurant and night market. Receptionists very helpful. Even allowed us to keep the appartment till 12am. Only negative, only got 4 sets of shampoo/conditioner for a group of 6 people for a 3 day trip. Will definitely come back next time

Outstanding Accommodation
The water view was worth the extra cost. What an amazing location to watch traffic moving in and out of the inlet. Our only negative was that the master bed was very very firm. We arrived after front desk normal hours, so some coordination was required to gain room entry. However, the manager showed up very quickly to get us checked in and was very hospitable. The facilities were spacious and modern, and excellent for our family of five. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay
Great apartment with fantastic views of Trinity Inlet. From check-in, which I rate as 11 out of 10, till the end of our stay, we were looked after by our friendly hosts. The apartment was large and well laid out and did I mention that view..... Suited our needs perfectly. We will certainly be back.
