El hotel desde que entras huele increíble y las personas son muy amables , las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas y amplias , lo único que estaría muy bien es l alberca más grande

This property is in the center of everything. We were there to scuba dive and it is an easy 10 minute or so walk to the pier. The shops and restaurants are all within 5 minutes or so. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Mold mold MOLD!!! Run far and fast and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. There is a serious mold and must issue at this hotel. This hotel needs to invest in capital infrastructure that regulates the humidity through the building. I was shown 4 rooms after checkin in to 7th floor. I observed visible leaks through the ventilation system and water pooling on the floor under HVAC systems. There is a strong smell of urine in the corridors and room extremely damp and musty. We moved up to 12th floor which wasn’t as strong but still musty. Hotel kept saying it was because of the rain but hotels in South America regulate their humidity better than this hotel. Big health concern if you stay in this hotel. Stay clear!!

初めての海外旅行でしたが、安心して楽しむことができました。 ホテルのスタッツの皆様はどなたも、日本人の片言英語にも丁寧に耳を傾けて、対応して下さいました。 立地も大変よく、観光する時にタクシーを使用することはありませんでした。空港との行き来のみタクシーを使用しました。 ルームクリーニングでは、バスローブの交換が行われていませんでした。現地の習慣的に交換しないのかもしれませんので、バスローブの交換をお願いするか、持参する必要はありそうです。 次回もこちらのホテルにお世話になりたいと思うほど満足な宿泊でした。

This is the second time I've stayed at Bailey, and the first since the pandemic. I am impressed with the condition of the room, it is not showing the signs of age which is a credit to the housekeeping and engineering staff. The public areas are a little more worn - the pool area could do with new furniture - and public areas could pay attention to the lobby as there was a bit of bird poo on the walls and grotty floor in the lifts. But the hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to everything and especially close to restaurants and cafes at mealtime. The rooms are comfortable, cool and quiet and I loved sitting in the armchair beside the wide floor-to-ceiling window looking at the view across Cairns to the mountains surrounding the city. Would definitely stay here agin.

2月での宿泊でしたが、カビ臭さも全くなく清潔な部屋でした。 キッチン付きの部屋だったのですが、カトラリーや調理器具も揃っており便利でした。フルーツナイフもあります。 バルコニーも広く、食事をすることも可能でした。 床が全部カーペットではなく、コンクリートになっているところがあるので、スリッパを持参するのをオススメします。 一つだけ残念だったのが、ハウスキーピングを依頼する札をドアノブに掛けて出掛けたのですが、掃除がされていませんでした。 帰ってきてからコールも何度かしましたが繋がりませんでした。滞在中、掃除をしてもらいたいときは、早めに依頼しておいた方がよいと思いました。

Overnight trip before travelling Cambodia
The room I booked was not quite ready when I was checking in just before 2pm. I had just worked five nights straight. Finishing that morning. Very sleep deprived so the staff upgraded my room. Very grateful for their generosity. Excellent location. Central to all amenities. Room was clean and fresh.

Great hotel, let down at breakfast.
Hotel was fantastic but only let down was breakfast. Not many options at the buffet. Stale scrambled egg, sausages left out for ages..and it wasn't cheap. Would stay again 100% but will be eating breakfast elsewhere. Gym also needs some free weights. Staff were lovely.

The Good: - Nice and clean rooms with enough space. - Friendly receptionist and easy late check-out. - Safe and cheap parking (12 AUS). - Great location next to the Esplanade with walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The Bad: - Breakfast menu absolutely not adequate for a five star hotel (more like a two star version) with mostly unhealthy options. - Restaurant staff at the dinner restaurant was very unfriendly and not well trained e.g. one of my dishes was not available anymore and without asking they just served something different, the manager made it very clear that there is no priority to hotel guests in terms of reservations and also that our attire was not adequate for the restaurant as my boyfriend was wearing a hat. PS: Please also check the wine as mine was bad and made me feel very unwell after drinking a few sips.

What a great lobby
What a great lobby, loved the high ceiling with tropical theme. Comfortable Twin queen beds with modern gadgets available. Only thing i was concerned was air filter in the room that was full of dust, so didn't work at all, must be regularly cleaned.

Bad sleep & bad breakfast
Lights in the closet - could not turn it off and lights came through the closet door - struggled to sleep because of the light to the bed. Then Breakfast - real disappoint, not much choices but even the ones were all dried up and hard to get the new refill. I like this hotel because it is clean and new but don;t think I will stay here again.

1週間滞在しました。初めは日本語が通じず不安でしたが、日本のスタッフに会ってからはそれも解消され安心出来ました。 室内スリッパがあれば嬉しかったのと、ECOを重視されていて、ハンガーも紙で出来ていたが、水着を干すハンガーや物干しがあればなお良かった。(聞けばあったのかもしれない)
