This was my first experience with interacting with a management company vs an owner. After this experience I will only consider VRBO properties where the host is the owner… The condo was very well located, but overall was not super clean and there a number of issues including broken plumbing issues. Cairns VRBO issues:1. No welcome kit/instructions for WiFi, rubbish etc.2. No liquid hand soap (dispensers all empty)3. Minimal hand dishwashing liquid4. Only small containers of shampoo, shower gel, soap in bathrooms.5. No wash cloths, no beach/pool towels provided.6. Beds made up with stained sheets.7. Only 1 dish towel, no paper towels.8. Overall - not really clean, bathroom vanity drawers were dirty.9. Front Queen Bdrm shower does not work - does not flow thru shower head - but gushes out of the wall. 10. There are absolutely no cleaning products in the unit.11. One Qn bath and one twin bath the lower bath towel rack is broken and in the cabinet.12. The kitchen faucet knob comes off - as it is missing the locking screw.
