"Muy bonito el hotel y muy amplia y confortable la habitación. Muy bien la limpieza. Sin embargo en la regadera no sale agua fría. Solo tibia y caliente. El desayuno en el restaurante Cocina Mexicana muy caro, mala calidad, variedad y servicio. Una lástima siendo un hotel tan bueno. Por último, comentar que la prohibición de NO FUMAR en ningún área del hotel es excesiva. Ni siquiera se permite fumar en la Playa ni las áreas abiertas. MUY incómodo para los fumadores. Ojalá tomen en cuenta estos comentarios pues nos gustó mucho el hotel y nos gustaría regresar pronto"

"The property looks and feels old. It is beautiful but old. Very well maintained but outdated, specially the “suites” that are really regular rooms in other hotels of same category. Not any privacy in our “beachfront junior suite” as once you open the window, there is people sunbathing 20 feet away so it’s impossible to have the shades open. We were DOWNGRADED to a “partial ocean view” and even when the manager offered me to process a refund, they did nothing. For me it’s far from worth the price. What I mean is that I would have loved the spot if the price was the third part on what they charge. "
