"Everything about our stay was amazing, the hotel staff, rooms, views, amenities, and even the food. Everyone was incredibly kind, especially the bell staff/golf cart drivers and pool staff. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The only downside was the Vacation Club/timeshare sales team. We understand it’s their job and that they earn commission, but they were extremely persistent even after we clearly declined. They first approached us offering free breakfast and tour vouchers in exchange for attending a presentation, which we politely declined. The next day, they approached us again in the lobby and continued insisting for about 20 minutes despite us saying no. Unfortunately, on the third day, another salesperson actually came to our ROOM to ask again. This felt like a serious breach of privacy and made us very uncomfortable. We were there to relax, and being approached in our room after repeatedly declining was unsettling and honestly almost made us regret booking the hotel. Once we explained how uncomfortable we felt, they stopped, but it made us hesitant around other friendly staff for the rest of our stay, worrying they might be timeshare salespeople. Aside from this, our experience with the actual hotel staff was great and we would recommend the property. We just hope they put clearer limits in place with the Vacation Club team, especially when guests have already declined and should not be approached in their rooms."

"Todo estuvo excelente, desde la llegada el servicio de bellboy, hasta la salida, el check in y check out fue muy rápido y el personal muy servicial. La habitación muy amplia, moderna y limpia. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y siempre limpias también. En general fue una excelente estancia, la verdad toda la comida MUY rica y todo el personal muy atentos. Mención especial a Tony (Dj), Zack y Manuel (entretenimiento), Eloy, Alejandro, Marcos, Alan, Hugo, Kevin, Santiago (alimentos y bebidas) y Mariela (hace los omelettes en world cafe) ellos destacaron en su servicio y siempre te atienden de la mejor manera, sin duda hacen que tu estancia sea aún mejor! Y por último, recomiendo el restaurant portofino, la mejor comida italiana! Sin duda es un lugar al que regresaría"

"Si está en tus posibilidades, yo recomiendo al menos experimentar una vez en la vida la experiencia Grand Velas. La parte culinaria es excepcional, sobre todo si disfrutas de la alta cocina. Cocina de Autor superó mis expectativas, recomiendo tomar la cena con el maridaje de vinos. Las amenidades de las habitaciones muy bien cuidadas, muy enfocados en los detalles. El personal super amable y orientado al servicio al 100%.Mis hijos disfrutaron mucho las albercas y los clubs kids y teens."
