"No contact from owner or host. We called vrbo and told them and they said we had to wait until check in time to verify it was a fraud location. I called multiple times because I did not want to go to Mexico without the location being confirmed or how to access. Nothing was ever provided and we had to get another location to stay through another provider. Customer service said we would get a refund on checkin day if we didn’t get a response from the owner. "We had a lovely visit, the condo is as pictured. The bedrooms are perfectly situated with nice bathrooms for family of 8. The location is great the only challenge is the busy road that it is on, which can be quite loud but the location and views and activity on the beach is worth it. "
