Best view and amazing location!

I cannot say enough good things about Villa La Estancia! The customer service was the best I’ve experienced anywhere! We will be back! Free parking/valet, everyone was so nice and helpful! I love every time you return from being out and about they say “welcome home!” The views from the unit and the jacuzzi were stunning, slept listening to the ocean every night! Close enough to all the action but far enough away it was quiet! Beautiful beach and no cost to rent the chairs and the vendors weren’t bad at all. The unit isn’t the newest but the price was right for the best view in Cabo and the bedding was comfy and cozy! We will be back!

Beautiful stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Villa la Estancia is a wonderful resort with absolutely lovely people. This unit was really wonderful with a breathtaking view. Very clean and comfortable, and well appointed with a kitchenette. The only downsides I will point out are that the jets of the jacuzzi tub had mold buildup on them - only an issue if you are looking forward to using the tub (which I was). Also, there is some type of recirculating water pump that runs all day and night. It makes a humming sound, which is barely noticeable during the day, but pretty pronounced at night when all else is quiet. This was problematic for me and did create some sleep disruption. If you are a light sleeper, just be aware of this and bring ear plugs. The view and overall experience, however, outweigh these concerns.

Outstanding Beachfront property. Excellent service. This place is the closest to the beach. In the morning we witnessed light amber hues glowing at sunrise. The waves of the ocean are soothingly calm. Wonderful views of Cabo San Lucas, the ocean and the swimming pool.

Beautiful property-run down room

The propert itself is amazing. The location is perfect. The room location is wonderful, however, the room itself is very run down and not maintained well. Old, grimy, and needs some deep cleaning and updating.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I traveled for a birthday vacation and it was just perfect. The room was exactly as shown and the resort had everything you could want or need available. We just loved listening to the waves crash onto the beach, very soothing.

Great room/ view!

The only negative was that the room was not ready on time. Cleaning crew was still there at 4 pm. Otherwise, great room. Just as described. Amazing view of the arches. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with property manager. Walk to downtown along the beach is about 15-20 min. Staff very friendly. Liked that we can use neighboring hotels amenities.

Would 100% stay again.

This is our 3rd time @ VLE. We love the property. People who work here are the best. Very polite/helpful. Yhey genuinely try to make your stay the best possible. Pool is awesome. The room had amazing views. You really don't get a better view anywhere. This is the main reason to rent this room. Room size was perfect for 2. There are a couple improvements that could be made. The cleaners tried to come into our room while we were napping, after our room had already been cleaned because they needed sheets for cleaning the other half of the condo rented by another family. The cleaners came every day except for the first day, after our first night. The room could benefit from a few more kitchen amenities/utensils like a bottle opener and ice trays. I had to order ice from room service which can take a while. Otherwise, the room had why we needed. We didn’t use, but it included hot plates and microwave. The mini fridge was perfect for us. It's a bit of a walk to get back to the room from the pool area. You either need to backtrack towards the lobby to use the elevator or take a more direct route but walk 4 flights of stairs. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of good pillows. Bathroom could use a bit of updating, but completely adequate. Shower pressure was great but could use a little better drainage. The bathrooms have doors, but they have vented bottoms (kind of like window blinds) so you don’t have 100% privacy while taking care of your business.

Pictures don’t do justice for 1401B

To say we enjoyed our visit is an understatement. Walking into the unit for the first time will literally make your jaw drop. From the sounds of the waves crashing while you sleep, to the unbelievable view from every window, this was the most incredible vacation rental we’ve stayed at. We are already planning our next trip back to 1401B. Thank you for having us!
