"Stayed 3 nights in Oct. Room was small, no sitting chairs, nice bath with a walk in shower. Kettle only with instant coffee, tea provided. Small fridge and hot plate all in nice condition. Review comments are real - one end of the building has bar/smoker noise, the other has the kitchen exhaust, the front has street noise. Balcony rooms are near the kitchen exhaust, which runs from 9a to nearly 9p. Balcony looks out on the wall behind building & parking lot. Close to options of beach, walking,...

"Excellent property close to everything you want for a holiday/break.Only bad issue was the parking. There is a fern next to your car. There was a small rain shower and the fern dropped leaves/sap on the car. On return home we found the paint was damaged. Dont park in the driveway if you value your paint work. "
