They advertise that breakfast is included then sent an email that it is not. Only provided coffee and juice. Heater was iffy. Rug in front of the sliding glass door was cold and wet. I was there in January!

The room was ice cold when we arrived, the television control dod not work properly and no one could work it that was on site. We had to leave due to a family emergency and everyone I spoke with was "not authorized" to discuss a refund and could not direct me to someone that could. Would not recommend staying there. Most folks at the desk did not speak English very well. The night time manager was polite and very helpful but limited on what he could do.

Property is perfect for our short stay. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Just the Heating and A/C worked well but way too much of some disinfectant or fragrance comes out of it.

It was okay. Inly for a night. Would've rather had room on ground floor, as there is no elevator. There was a half-full Pepsi bottle in the mini-fridge, which makes me question cleanliness of room.

There was a bacteria found in the waters of the district that the Hotel took their water from. And there was an order by the municipality not to use the water. But the Hotel reception did not warn us about it. We accidentally found out about it when the bar was reluctant to give us the few bottled water that they were hiding in their warehouse.

Hotel has offered you to modify your arrival date, as your rate plan does not allow us to cancel a reservation. You decided not take that offer. Checkin staff dressed very casually. Not what you'd expect at a hotel at $183 per night. He did want to show us around. Hallway smelled musty. The room was spacious and clean. The pub next door had amazing cheesecake and good service.

This quality inn is independently owned an operated. They do not follow the same rules as other choice brands. The charge additional fee for every small thing. Change of towels, cleaning the room before every three days, if there was an extra guest. Overall clean space, functional for a quick stay. Easy check-in process. The check-out process before 10am was complicated. You had to call a number to get someone to the front desk.

Hotel and stay were pleasant. Nothing fancy but in general more than decent stay. Beware of included breakfast. It is pretty much non-existent. Some bread and cream cheese. It is being described as continental breakfast.

Don’t go there, I paid $320 for a night and the breakfast was very dry, they only served bagels, yogurt and waffles…when i came for checking in/out I had to wait for half an hour…please do not even waste your time by going there, oh yeah one more thing the pool was so very dirty

The room was fine. However the breakfast was dreadful. The on-line listing for this place stated free breakfast. However, after we had signed up and paid, we received an email stating the breakfast would be limited to the "continental" variety due to "supply chainl" difficulties. Supply chain? That sounded like an incredibly weak excuse -- and the breakfast was even more meager than one would expect for continental. Terribly disappointing experience. We had a cup of coffee and left in search of a diner that would serve an adequate breakfast. This situation was beneath the standards of Quality Inn.

The tub in our room did not work in that the drain would not close. We were told that all tub drains on the second floor would not close. When asked why, they could not answer why. The room's rug was also not vacuumed well and left grit on your feet.

The people from the office made my children uncomfortable every time they went to get breakfast. I also ended up getting charged more even though I was already paying for a roll away mattress for my handicapped mother.

Hotel has some rules that must be follow by each guests. Rollaway bed is an exrta service from the hotel and it will be charged for if guest request for it. Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive to ones needs.. Continental breakfast was minimal. Shower was fantastic in that hot water came quickly and constant. Place is showing its age as some doors don't close entirely, but would definitly stay there again if in the area
